去過迪拜，住過阿瑪哈沙漠酒店和朱美拉集團酒店，依舊覺得這裡是最好的。 一切美好的和圖片一樣，獨享一棟樓，銅燈極美，我偏愛廁所裏面那個，囧。洗漱用品齊全，還用精美的小布袋子裝着，梳子是木梳，印象很棒。 衛生很好，晚上有清潔服務的時候我們都拒絕了，因為沒什麼必要。 早餐也好吃，那個麵包甜點一級香，中飯晚飯倒是沒有吃，大家可以試試。 庭院設計很好，出來走走發現特別美，很多漂亮的花，而且非常安靜，除了餐廳我都沒見過其他的客人。 酒店可以接送客人，不是叫出租車那種，是自己的工作人員開奔馳賓利去接。第二天我們換到麥地那裡麪的raid，本來需要自己電話聯繫對方才能來接，結果曼蘇爾的工作人員全部都聯繫好了，無縫銜接，完美。 最最感動的是，細節之處看出用心，有簽名的卡片，好吃的蛋糕水果。由於我們想晚點再換酒店，所以預約中午一點的車，原以為酒店會催我們退房，誰知道完全沒有，沒有任何人提醒我退房時間到了，我們自己12點45才去退的房。大概也是知道我1點才走，所以並不催我，非常貼心的細節。

我只想說這是我第一次來這裏,我真的很喜歡這個地方,這裏的任何東西都是美味的食物,游泳池的團隊,特別是RIZKI最好的企業家,他驚人的朋友❤️❤️❤️希望你們和每個人都能參觀這家酒店喜歡它 發自內心的愛

This review is very late! We stayed at this hotel the first week in May and it was FAB-U - LOUS!! Loved everything …room,grounds,food & service. Special mention to EL HABBIB at breakfast service. This young man is a credit to the hotel and Oberoi group. He is so well groomed, polite, a beautiful smile and has the perfect welcoming genuine manner for a member of the management team. We wish him all the best for his career in hospitality!. Secondly we wish to mention the housekeeping staff…they are excellent. Special mention to Zakaria. He was so thorough in his cleaning and so helpful with everything. He even left me glass cleaner to clean my iPad! He again is such a credit to The Oberoi We hope to return in the future.

Hayat et toute son équipe feront de votre séjour un merveilleux moment. Ils sont disponibles, très attentionnés et ont tous un petit mot gentil pour vous du matin au soir. Le Riad est idéalement situé dans la médina, tout proche des principaux sites à visiter. Vous pouvez tout faire à pied et en toute sécurité. Le Riad est en face du palais gardé et la place des Ferblantiers est à 2 minutes. La chambre est très spacieuse et confortable. Bonne literie et petites attentions le soir au coucher (pâtisseries et bouillottes). Le grand toit-terrasse est très agréable pour prendre un thé et se reposer de l’agitation qui règne dans la ville. Nous avons passé une excellente soirée du nouvel-an, de l’apéritif au dessert tout était parfait. Un esprit de famille règne dans ce Dar.

還不錯，就是位置有點偏遠

Gorgeous hotel - we stayed for three nights in July before moving onto Agadir. We stayed in a suite with private pool and garden - it was spacious and pool was cleaned on request. The suite was immaculate and clean. It was decorated in rose petals and fruit and pastries were available on arrival which was a lovely touch. We arrived later than expected and the staff had rearranged our dinner reservation for us, which we appreciated after travelling. Staff were so attentive and any requests were done quickly and professionally. Food was excellent- we ate dinner, a lunch and breakfast every morning and all meals were excellent and reasonably priced. We used the shuttle service a few times and they were always prompt in collecting you from Marrakesh and dropping you off - it felt safe and reliable. I wish we had booked longer than 3 nights!

There's no way around it, I LOVED Riad Kass from the first minute I stepped into this small hotel. Everybody here was genuinely kind, especially the two receptionists Houdaifa and the lovely Olaya (sorry for butchering your names, I lost my notebook). They made me feel so welcome every time I returned from the sweaty city. But absolutely everybody was courteous and kind! At first, I wasn't too happy with my room since I asked for one with lots of light, but the Arabian decor quickly won me over. Another delight was the great breakfast in the courtyard. The courtyard is the stomping grounds of four well-behaved turtles as well - a touch I loved. Just don't step on them, please. That would be bad karma. A small gripe is that I paid 22 Euros for the shuttle service from the airport to avoid infights with the local cab drivers. I was told somebody from the hotel would be waiting with a sign with the hotel's name. That was NOT the case. I waited for an hour for my pickup while the driver was waiting next to a sign with a long list of hotels - a list I couldn't see because a tour group was standing in front of it. So, demand that the driver has a sign with your hotel or your name! (The driver was wonderful when we finally connected though) So, don't get me wrong. I became a true fan of this hotel within the first 24 hours, and I bet you will love it, too unless you think you should have a TV in your room. You sure don't. The city of Marrakech is a great TV in itself!
