We stayed at Sianji Well-Being Resort as a group of 10, and despite booking last minute, we were offered a fantastic upgrade to two penthouses. This was a great start to our stay! The resort is beautiful, the rooms are modern, very clean, and extremely comfortable. Facilities and Amenities The swimming pools were spacious, offering plenty of space to relax and swim, with easy access to a beautiful beach and all the necessary amenities nearby. The entire property was spotless, and we were very happy with the facilities. Booking Confusion We did have some confusion when booking. While TripAdvisor initially indicated that the booking was all-inclusive, once we began selecting our rooms, it showed ”Breakfast only.” When we contacted the hotel, we were informed that it was a misunderstanding caused by European booking sites and that the resort is only breakfast-inclusive in the winter. However, when we arrived, the manager insisted that the booking was indeed ”Breakfast only,” which was a bit frustrating, as we had received different information over the phone. Despite this, the breakfast itself was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed it each day. Dinner Experience When we inquired about dinner, we were quoted 1500₺ per person by the manager. After dining, we were charged 1700₺, with the explanation that the 1500₺ included a 15% discount. This was another small frustration, but at checkout, the receptionist was kind enough to fix the issue, which we appreciated. Spa and Turkish Bath We also enjoyed a couple of massage sessions and a Turkish Bath experience. The spa was beautiful, and the massages were relaxing and well-done. The only thing that could have enhanced the experience was some soothing music in the treatment rooms, which were oddly silent. Other Highlights One of our guests had a camper, and the hotel kindly assisted us with parking it nearby, which was a great help. We did experience an unfortunate incident where one of our group members slipped and broke her wrist due to a slippery entrance on a rainy day. We had to visit the hospital as a result. Additionally, I got stuck in the lift for a few minutes, and none of the buttons, including the emergency button, seemed to work. Despite these hiccups, overall, we had a great experience at the resort. The majority of the staff were friendly and accommodating, although the management could improve in terms of handling booking details and communication. I would recommend Sianji Well-Being Resort for its beautiful setting, great facilities, and relaxing atmosphere.
I can’t say enough good things about this place and the owners. The hotel is owned and run by the most wonder couple, an Australian woman and her Turkish husband. They’re a big part of why our Bodrum trip was so special. We booked their place for 3 nights and ended up staying for almost 2 weeks. 1. Room. clean, quiet, reasonably spacious. Comfortable bed. 2. Staff. Friendly, nice, helpful. Always smiling and happy. 3. Breakfast. It was served at their beautiful cozy garden. Fresh and delicious. Consistently good everyday. 4. Location. Can’t beat it. Right next to water and all the shops and restaurants. You’re just the best. We already miss you. Thank you for making our trip memorable!
Booked through Thomas Cook . Hotel is large , the staff were good , helpful , ' Med ' the TC rep was very friendly and arranged a boat trip that was a great day out , was easily contactable if needed . The food was good and varied , the room had A/C , was clean and cleaned daily if requested , bathroom and shower modern , bed a bit firm for my liking . The 2 pools and outside areas were good too and cleaned daily . The hotel is a 10 minute walk ( maybe less ) to the seafront and all the shops ,eateries and attractions an easy walk and recommend seeing the Mausoleum and castle whilst there . I hired a car before I visited and picked it up a couple of days into holiday and we found a couple of great beaches about 30 minutes from Bodrum ( car was a nearly new fiat and was £142 for 8 days ) . Bad points . These are very minor , our room was in the corner at the back of the hotel and over the road was a karaoke bar and the music played till early hours but we had the balcony door shut at night and A/C on so it was OK. The food hall is self service with inside/ outside seating and can get very busy and we found if we went late you could get seated easily , one morning there was rain and as expected the inside was full and sitting outside not an option so we walked into bodrum later . Overall as a base to see Bodrum I'd recommend this hotel.
The location can’t be beaten - perfect. We had booked a room with a balcony, if we were only here for a weekend, it would have been perfect, lovely views, but as it was a longer stay we always look for good outdoor space, the size of room not important for us. this is a city hotel and the balcony will only fit one chair for one person. The Manager kindly agreed to allow us to move rooms so we could get the extra outdoor space. if going back i would definitely look at either the suite or check for a sea view balcony. Others have mentioned cleanliness and smells - the plumbing seems to be an issue in a few places we went to in the area and work is in place to fix. cleanliness - no idea what happened with others, but the housekeeping staff worked so hard - they were at rooms every single day to change sheets and towels if you wanted - we tend to go for every third day - the place was extremely clean. Breakfast - turkish cold buffet style - plenty of it, a little more fruit would have been ideal, maybe some cold drinks available - but the food was fresh and plentiful so very small point and no complaints. The beds were fantastic and very comfy The staff were all lovely and extremely helpful - i would go back just because of that point alone!
Excellent hotel family owned, staff very helpful and knowledgeable, manageress each day took her time to come over to chat with us (maybe because we were from the North East). Rooms very traditional, beds extremely comfortable. Pool exceptionally clean totally relaxing from the hustle and bustle in the marina. Breakfast also very nice, staff again very pleasant. Would defiantly recommend this hotel and return if visiting Bodrum again. Only thing that I was unsure about was the amount of traffic leaving the hotel when walking into the marina, extremely busy traffic. Well done Su Hotel.
Azka otel is a hotel from your dreams. The view from the balcony cost 1,000.000.dolars. As I was only foreigner guess in hotel and I didn't speak Turkish I m mostly thanks for cheef on beach bar Mr. Okan Aras who really appreciate and didn't hesitate to make my stay in Azka Fabulous there to enjoying. He is very professional, very kind person making all guesses feel friendly, happy and having their smiles . Of course including all young people on the beach fully with hospitality and making best Turkish caj and coffee. Last 3 days I felt I'm home in Azka. Hope visiting you agai Dears nice people, Okan, Hatidze, Arslan, Ydris, Denis.... sorry If i forgot anybody. Was pleasant be there with you. Best beach, best Orientated to the sea and the best fresh air you don't need air-conditioning in the room. Wishing you just continue that way. Sincerely yours Sanja Milanovic
I loved our stay. A family run business, with a lovely atmosphere and great service. Close to town and all amenities. Breakfast was incredible. All staff extremely helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Costa Bodrum City
I’ve stayed in Bodrum a few times in big resorts and other nearby hotels. If you are looking for something moderately priced in the harbor location (near the castle, diving boats and other boat tours, shopping and dining area) this is the place. Other areas may have a 30 minute drive by taxi to get to this area. Their beaches all vary as do the menus. The view and staff make the place a good choice. In addition, the breakfast buffet which was included was fresh with local choices and some cereals as well. This allows you to sample the restaurants in the area that have decent prices due to the exchange rate. Most restaurants want Turkish Lira which is available at all ATMs or they take cards. Shopping is different as they are happy at accept Euros and American dollars. There is a hotel restaurant/bar that serves great food (also right on the beach). They have a small pool. Lots of grilled meat choices. If you are vegetarian, you will eat lots of salads and pizza in Bodrum. The room was clean and modernized. There are small signs of wear from the Agean Sea. My small suite was on the 3rd level and had a balcony with a sea view of the castle and Greece off in the distance. Great to sit out in the morning or to watch the evening sunset. A few English channels around channel 630 and up. I use Turkuaz for diving. They go out daily at 9:30 or so. Two dives (or snorkeling) and the trip includes lunch. Castle is within walking distance on the water. There is an ancient amphitheater (free entry) also within walking distance (but uphill and taxis are cheap). I had a small fridge and the AC worked really well. Outside to the left is a small market that sells drinks etc to stock your own fridge. A few waters are included in the room. Bed made daily with new towels. Hotel has two WiFis. One for the lobby area and another for the room. Both worked OK. On the upper shopping street there is a TurkTel flag store where you can buy a SIM card for your trip if you prefer. You need a passport for that. (Toward where the busses are.) I’m a solo female blond Traveller and this is a safe area.
I just love this hotel. It’s in a very quiet spot which is essential if you’re a light sleeper in Gümbet. It’s also ‘adult only.’ The staff are great and exceptionally friendly. Rooms are cleaned and linen replaced frequently. The breakfast is buffet style with a good selection and you can eat all you want. On a practical note, the Bodrum shuttle bus passes right in front of the hotel, and there is a variety of excellent restaurants within a few minutes’ walk. On the downside, this is a budget hotel but when I recently went to place a reservation the price had increased from £20 per night last October to £27 pn in May and £35 pn in June.
訪訪客Can't recommend this little hotel enough. We were welcomed by the owner, rooms comfortable with lots of nice extra attention to detail. It's a budget hotel but goes above and beyond for what we paid. Hairdryer shampoo, conditioner etc, clean towels, fab shower, breakfast is Turkish, lots to choose from, more than adequate. So close to beach if you're coming for a beach hol. We came for a change, we are expats living in Altinkum. I will come back in a heartbeat. Basic but brilliant value. Five stars from us. Thank you for a lovely stay despite the weather 😍
This is by far the best hotel in Bodrum. The accommodation is beautiful, and the pool area at both pools is a fantastic relaxing place to be. The view from the smaller pool terrace across Bodrum Bay is breathtaking and all only a five minute walk to the beach (steep hill coming back). The staff are all wonderful and attentive from reception to cleaning all polite and helpful. I have to give special acknowledgement to Yakup, Rima, Mert, and Cherry as they looked after us so well on our numerous visits to Manzara, but take it from me, all the staff are exceptional. We are already looking forward to our next visit as Arnie says ”We'll Be Back” Thanks guys
訪訪客Very different from the images advertised. Not the luxury suites I expected. Arrived late ar night, grounds very dark, dangerous for those with mobility issues. Management unfriendly, no atmosphere. Staff don't speak hardly any English! Very limited utensils for an appointment. No dish cloths, bottle opener, cloths etc. Towels poor quality in bathrooms. Breakfast was sp**** ( poor choice) no fruit laid out. Restaurant is expensive for what you get, and food is not good! Staff get orders wrong.... Bitez itself is dirty, and smells of sewage. Bins over-flowing and smell so bad. Roads and paths are a disgrace. 15/20 minutes in a taxi into Bodrum. No mini-market or anything near to the Dorman Suites. We asked to keep our room on until 6pm. They wanted €70!! The only positive thing was that the place was immaculate. Always cleaning the pool and garden areas. We were asked to leave the pool around 6ish as it closes!!! Definitely, not luxury accommodation. Would never return.
