This was a very lovely stay in Goshen, IN. We were comfortable, the rooms were very clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. At first glance it doesn’t look like the flashiest hotel but it is cute and quaint and worth your money! It is also quite central to downtown Goshen and anywhere else you would want to go, there is a lovely picturesque pond with a 1.5 mile walking trail not five minutes drive down the road. The owner of this establishment very obviously cares about the quality of your stay and the integrity of his property. I encourage anyone who can’t afford the fancy nice hotels to frequent this one as it does just as fine a job for a very fair price!

First, the lock for our room was not working but we don't have any other choice around this area.  It cannot be opened with a card key, every time we come back, we have to ask the front desk to open it with a master key.  They offer a 10% discount.. which was not much but again we have no choice Second, the toilet was clogged when my friend was using it.  Reach out to the front desk and ask for help.  All they provide is a plunger, their maintenance team doesn't want to deal with it.  It was an awful experience. Third, the front desk refuses to bring us new towels, we have to go down and get it by ourselves. Fourth, when we swipe our card, it doesn't go through and so we were asked to swipe it again.  It ended up charging us twice.  They keep saying the double charge will drop off at night when it consolidates.  It never happens and until we check out it still hasn't happened.  I ask for paper work as proof to protect ourselves.  Until now the charge still hasn't dropped off. In conclusion, this so-called hotel has no service at all.  avoid this hotel at all costs!

WOW. This Wyndham could certainly use an update, but for the price it fit my needs and was very clean. I am very sensitive to cleaning products and had no issues here. Also the windows open to a crisp breeze, big flex. Prakash watched over my car when I had to leave town unexpectedly. I felt safe here. Breakfast was better than I expected. Will definitely return
