I love the location of the hotel. The King room was just subpar - the bed (mattress) was awful. I would recommend upgrading the mattresses. The cleanliness was just average, not dirty but not spotless as I had expected. A microwave in the room would have been beneficial. The desk staff was polite but not very informative or displaying a true genuine desire to assist guest. One of the housekeepers I encountered in the hallway, even though she did not speak English, went out of her way to assist me with towels, by using an app on her phone to translate what I said to her, now that was commendable. For the Marriott, I think you can just add some guest perks and upgrades in the room. The Shower by way is the best accommodation to the room.

美國的希爾頓酒店和國內完全是兩個概念，稍微比國內快捷好一點，不過衛生還是不錯的。

The staff for the most part is unfriendly and really do not care if you stay with them or not. Service is terrible. The condition is the rooms is below average. The General Manager is rude and useless. I’ve stayed here several times recently. Only because the rates seemed reasonable. However you don’t even get what you pay for. I’m done with this place and with Choice Hotels.

Stayed one night while in-town for an event nearby. Good experience. Check-in was welcoming and efficient. The employee gave me a list of restaurants nearby, including those that deliver to the hotel, which was helpful. Room appeared to be recently renovated and was well-designed, with plenty of plugs, storage, etc. Everything was clean. Breakfast was the standard Hampton Inn offering, not anything spectacular, but kept refilled and clean, with plenty of seating. Not much near the hotel, but it's a 5 minute drive from the airport and very convenient. No complaints. Would stay again if needing a hotel in the same area.

定的價格比較便宜，但是需要去到一樓的公共浴室洗漱，公共的浴室也不錯。值得再回去訂購。

非常滿意Erlanger的Holiday Inn CVG。想要在機場附近優質住宿,有出色的評論記錄...這就是我所找到的!4層的房間很大,乾淨,舒適,安靜。大浴室,舒適的特大牀。在現場餐廳用餐味道美味而合理,早餐玉米煎餅很棒。每個人都提供的服務很棒。作爲洲際大使,非常值得入住!

It is absolutely “Above and Beyond”. Everything is of the top order and I must say that it is because of people. Probably my best stay ever. Hopefully the breakfast menu too will be made world class 5 star soon. My compliments to each and everyone. Front desk is exemplary. Made me feel at home ♥️♥️
