我們已經呆了三晚了,一年一月,所以我們吃了晚餐,三天早餐,位於皇城門口,離市中心10分鐘,門口停車場相當大。酒店不太大,但它有非常好的共同的區域,游泳池,花園,幾間會議室。房間寬,清,就像所一樣。小早餐廳,有一頓正確的自助餐,但很好。的女,餐廳的女,不講話。咖啡館服務很好,三明治,,還有一些其他東西。不太貴的接待很快。年末晚餐,可以改進,不錯,但也不特別,只是第一盤,更精心細的一些[和]奶油好但冷。藍色子,非常規的。好後。晚餐的們快,在校園裏聚會之後,酒店很喜歡,我會再說一遍,如果我回到皇城。

Had the chance to stay in this property during my recent business trip to ciudad real. Hotel Santa Cecilia is located in the center of the city which makes it a big plus point for the visitors. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.,they helped us with all the queries and requests. Property and rooms are clean and underground parking for hotel guests makes a big advantage comparing to what other neighbouring properties has to over. Located very close to supermarket (Carrefour Express is located 100m from the hotel), restaurants and pubs. all accessible within 5 min from the hotel. They can do better with the breakfast offering ( for the extra charge you get only toast with juice and coffee) as surrounding hotels has better spread. Please avoid paying for breakfast if you staying here, unless its provided free. Internet can be improved as i had difficulty conducting my work during stay. Totally had a pleasant stay and will visit again in future. Kudos to the Staff.

可愛的飯店，非常靠近市中心。非常友好樂於助人的工作人員。我睡過的最好的飯店床之一，浴室也很漂亮。早餐超出了我們的預期，有很多選擇。我們一定會再入住。

We thought a place named Ciudad Real (the royal city) would be something to see. We were wrong, it is really underwhelming and not really worth a detour but the one positive thing we can say about it is we ate well and we slept well. The hotel was really nice, with comfortable quiet room even though it was located in the city center. If you really have to go to Ciudad Real, then this is the place.

A special mention to the staff that runs the hotel in a smooth way for the benefit of their guests. Nothing is a problem for them, making the guest feel at home. Having said that, the hotel is centrally located with good size rooms and clean bathrooms. A fridge with drinks and a safe are available in the room. Breakfast is decent with some warm choices. It was a good idea to have a microwave oven in the breakfast room in case you want something warmer; I miss that in most hotels. If there is a drawback is the hard bed, but it is not a problem at this hotel, but in most NH hotels. The pillow was quite good, though.

He viajado específicamente a este hotel debido a las opciones de SPA que ofrece, solo para encontrarme que el domingo por la tarde el SPA no abre, y el lunes por la mañana el SPA está cerrado por mantenimiento. He viajado a Ciudad Real básicamente para nada. Es particularmente frustrante que nadie en el hotel tiene información sobre el SPA si no es la persona responsable de la recepción del SPA. Hasta el punto de no saber informar al cliente de, por ejemplo, si ese lunes en particular es el que el SPA va a estar cerrado por mantenimiento. La responsable del SPA, por su parte, se lava las manos en todo el asunto diciendo que ella no tiene ninguna información sobre los huéspedes alojados en el hotel y si van a querer hacer uso del SPA o no. La información sólo la reciben cuando los clientes reservan la habitación con el acceso al SPA, opción que sólo existe en la web propia del hotel, pero no en *********** donde yo hice la reserva. Por otro lado, la anticuada web del SPA tampoco indica información alguna de horarios (o al menos tras 20 minutos no logro encontrarlo en ninguna parte), ni información sobre los calendarios de cierre, y de hecho para reservas y contactos sólo ofrecen la opción de un contacto telefónico y un formulario de contacto para que te llamen a ti. En resumen: me parece ridículo la falta de servicio e información que ofrece el hotel por falta de capacidad de comunicación entre departamentos, y por supuesto me parece patético haber viajado 2 horas desde Madrid a Ciudad Real para absolutamente nada.
