Las cabañas, hermosas, ecológicas, cómodas, cobijas suficientes, ventilador, aire acondicionado, excelente servicio. Los animales que se encuentran en recuperación están en las mejores manos, excelentemente bien atendidos por expertos, bien alimentados, bien cuidados, en las condiciones adecuadas. Excelente estancia, todo el personal es muy atento, las cabañas son acogedoras y cómodas, la comida es muy rica, el servicio de limpieza a la habitación también fue muy agradable, Muchas gracias Eduardo y Martha por la atención hacia nosotros, muchas gracias por la labor que llevan a cabo con todas las especies, es mucho más gratificante el saber que gracias a los hospedajes continúan trabajando en algo tan noble y satisfactorio como lo es el cuidar a los animalitos

Overpriced for what you get. The staff were mostly trainees and didn’t really have service etiquette and communication was a problem. We had a terrible time with the food even though they did a good job in accommodating for a special diet in our group. Even getting hot water in our shower was never solved. We understand that having trainees is more cost efficient for them, but they should definitely provide better support for the staff so the guest get at least decent service during their stay.

Outstanding place in the rainforest just 5 minutes drive from the Micos waterfalls. Very pleasant and attentive staff. Breakfast and dinner was included in our package. The rooms are very clean and air-conditioned. We were 1.5 hours one way drive from Tamul waterfalls and 1 hour one way from Minas Viejas waterfalls. We stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed ourselves. Note that there is no kitchen or microwave inside the rooms So do not bring any perishable items that require refrigeration. Bring non perishable snacks. Water is provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

The setting is lush, beautiful, and quiet. The food was really good. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff is incredibly hospitable. Place is unique and cute.
