Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room very spacious with a courtyard view. Good selection for breakfast and very reasonable. Grounds interesting for children with a playground and fairy garden. Eco friendly. Coffee shop in the hotel had amazing pastries which we brought home. We will return.

Hotel was beautiful. Room was well laid out, spacious, comfortable bedding , bath linens, etc. our only regret was not being able to stay longer! Jessica, at front desk, was extremely accommodating and hospitable, as were restaurant servers. Delicious food! We hope to return again!

I arrived at the Radisson after a long day of driving and was very pleased with the ease of registration and the welcome I received. My room was large and comfortable with everything I could have wanted. Although it is located just off the highway, it was a quiet and peaceful location. I would definitely stay here again.

Having stayed in this hotel during and immediately post COVID I was very happy to see it's back to it's best again. Service was excellent,hotel condition was top class and the food is back to the top standard it was. Minor issue with the room type on registration but this was quickly and professionally sorted. Will definitely be back.

Room was terrible, smelled of pinesol/cleaning agent, used as a masking agent. Two of us were coughing immediately, i suspect the room was flooded, and not dried properly, after several hours i suspected mold. Possibly from loose joints from tub to floor tile in bath, possubly from the carpet, or underneath, again i suspect mold somewhere, maybe a previously flood not remedied correctly. We have stayed here before on se ond floor and were happy. This time the Downstairs family room was a huge disappointment. The restaurant was well run and the food was good, i would have asked for a refund if the front desk wasnt so likable.

Would have rated this hotel top but no evening restaurant service but had to use the bar instead. Same food but not all people like to eat in the bar.

Waited 30 minutes in the restaurant for an ice cream dessert. When it arrived it was not ice cream but sorbet. Altogether it took 1.5 hrs for a hamburger and ice cream dessert. Bathroom door touches the bathroom tiles, and so the bottom of the door was water logged and rotting away. Also, hair dryer did not work - no heat just blows cold air. Is this what you expect from a Radisson??
