肯樂利娛樂場酒店(Cannery Hotel & Casino)

Not a good location.

Location is perfect many restaurants around the hotel but only 27 channels on the tv

It was nice and quiet had a nice theater

Nos querian mandar al hotel California cuando ya habiamos pagado Uber del aeropuerto para este lugar y teniamos que pagar uber de aqui al otro hotel... porque supuestamente no tenian cuartos por sobreventa del hotel, y cuando notaron nuestra molestia, bumm aparecio un cuarto disponible !

My one concern is having a pool as we write children. I went into the hotel ask them specifically if their pool was open. I was told yes. I booked our stay. Within 30 seconds, I was told that the pool was closed by another staffer. I tried to cancel my reservation that was treated poorly since I booked it online through **********. Pool turned out to be closed and it was only 3 feet deep.

Highly Recommended, but not ********. Just my opinion. Maybe I am just the one percent and others might had better luck. Not me...

Extra resort fee not included or visible when booking. Which I dislike. Room was fine. One night stay with family.

We booked a non-smoking room, and turned out that every single day/night our room smelled as if someone was smoking in it. We went to take a shower and found small bugs at the drain of the tub. It was not comfortable or pleasing at all. We ate at Victory Cafe and the food was not very good, we received fruit that looked like it had been sitting out of the refrigerator for awhile or was cut early and sat for some time. The valet staff and everyone at the Carve restaurant was incredible though and gave exceptional service!! We were very upset, because we’ve heard such great reviews on this hotel - unfortunately, we will not be staying here again.
