Pool area was closed by the health department for bacteria. We could hear every time someone left their room (all night long). We could connect to the WI-FI but had no internet. Couldn't connect phones or other devices to the TV. TV was mounted crooked on the wall. And it still seems odd to me that the elevator has a steel door in front of it.

Booked a queen 2 bedroom.. only room available was a king room with 1 bed, elevator was broke had to take stairs and that was painful since my husband recently had back surgery and i recently had a knee replacement.. all the trash cans were overflowing in breakfast area and outside.

The only person willing to help was the housekeeping. We didn't have TV for two days. One night at 3am in the next room a man was hitting and yelling at someone, it was scary. Room 105 has a beacon of light right in front of the window that illuminates the WHOLE room and the curtains don't close. The next morning we asked to change to another room. Breakfast is so-so.

When looking for a place to stay, I was looking for one with a pool and hot tub for relaxing. I reserved a room here for that purpose. Upon arrival, I looked into the poolroom and saw the hot tub was out of service. Come to find out, the hot tub has been down for almost a full year, with the staff not giving a timeframe for when it will be back up. This was the only amenity I truly wanted, and was highly disappointed. The rest of my stay was fine otherwise.

The toilet had debris in it, from whomever used it last. There was literally hair all over the bathroom when we arrived. It was obvious the room has not been vacuumed nor surfaced wiped down.

Overall, the property is a bit worn. The complimentary hot breakfast was not appealing so we went with pre-packaged items only (yogurt and pop-tarts). We had an issue when we attempted to turn on the window heating unit. It immediately started to smell terrible and the smoke detector went off (although smoke was not visible). The smell lingered so we requested a room change. I will give credit to management who quickly allowed us to change our room but overall, would not recommend the property.

Breakfast served on a Sunday until 9 am.Did not know this until we went at 93am and hot breakfast gone. Reserved 2 queen beds but had a king with a pullout sofa. Sofa was uncomfortable and had to get sheets at desk. Reservation was prepaid and non-refundable. Very disappointed and paid too much
