三葉草酒店 - 阿桑德連鎖酒店(The Clover Hotel, Ascend Hotel Collection)

We stayed 2 nights. Outdoor pool was closed and the water in Indoor pool was so cold.Just continental breakfast, they have a nice restaurant, but it was closed too.

I had read all the previous reviews and I think some people were just in a bad mood! It was a great location for my stay, friendly and easy check in. Questions answered upon request and even the front desk person came to my room to reset the TV. I will stay again!

Worst management. No elevator. Extremely desolate parts of property didn’t have door entry batteries so cards did not work… which oddly the manager rudely used as an excuse why i was stranded outside and had to spend an half hour to get the card updated. Property is marketed as a “boutique” property… seemed more like a bad renovation of a poorly designed army barracks. Building and signage is poorly marked. Large autos block the view of the building numbers and the maze of oddly laid out entries (also horribly unsafe especially for single guests) leave you bewildered and feeling foolish for booking at such a ridiculous place. The manager was the worst part. He lacks complete understanding of what makes a hotel a pleasant environment. The room was newly renovated. Cheap blinds left the room illuminated making sleep dreadful. The whole decor felt like a dorm room at an unaccredited university. Complete disappointment. Only hotel in town with vacancies on a huge game weekend. It wasn’t the luck of the Irish to get a room at the last minute, more like a curse and I should have known there had to be a reason why they had vacancies still. Definitely not a four leaf clover.

The hotel was the worst ever!!!!!! I caught body lice from the bedding, I said to myself before I stayed, that this play is way to big to be properly cleaned and taken care off, considering it’s not a franchise and there you have it, NOT SANITARY! Carpeting thru out hallways dirty, out door pool not open, looked nasty. Never again, I have tempted to try n get my money back!!!!

Booked through *******. Hotel didn't have my reservation. Room floor had not been swept, as there was hair and clothing tags on the floor. There was hair in the sink. Breakfast eating area was fridged.

There was no hot water. I complained the first day and had no accommodations made. The entire stay we did not have hot water.

Loud neighbor ( you can hear every word through the wall) and an aircondition which cannot be turned off required a room change short after checkin

I never got to check in and the management will not honor the canellation provision I paid extra for! Amounts to theft in my opinion.
