We had no hot water for over 48 hrs. We also woke up in the middle of the night to freezing temps in the room because the thermostat in the room is on a motion sensor & turned off in the night. It was -30° with the wind chill outside & we had no heat!!!! We ended up leaving the hotel early, on Chris**as Eve, and having to go find another hotel that could take us. Zero apologies from the hotel. Zero help in transferring us to their sister hotel, The Ritz, down the street. The general manager was not even on site. He was on vacation, during one of the busiest times of the year? This was the 2nd year that we stayed here, but unfortunately it will be our last.
