great but need a little update the room kind of old

Comfy and clean room. Front desk very friendly and helpful.

I knew what was coming as they only had a smoking room left and it smelled like a hamster's cage. The noise was pretty bad as there were many migrant workers living there and they're young guys like I once was. The only thing that saved me was the noisy A/C that drowned them out. The maids were great and the towels were fresh but for $10 more I could have gone to a much better place. Anyway ,you live and learn.

Location was good Service was very poor room was very dated stove top not covered no utensils door damaged repaired poorly front staff not friendly and was not knowledgeable this was the worst I have ever experienced with Choice Hotels and the first time I felt the need to complain

Veldig nedslitt. Trenger full oppussing. Fikk rom hvor dør til bad holdt på å falle av. Utgangsdør var ikke tett. Fikk nytt rom hvor badedør var kittet sammen og hengsler var rustne. Kan bli fint hvis de renoverer!

For the money, it wasn't worth it. Hotel dis not provide eniugh towels, no tissues, no coffee maker, no hair conditioner, no hair dryer. Furniture was chipped. We saw bugs. Lobby was dirty and no coffee available and candy vending machine was almost empty

There were bugs in the room. I had bug bite. Swollen right side of my face and pain all day today! I had some kind of reacrions to the bugs! I saw 3 diferent onces. This hotel was way overpriced for what it offered

Staff friendly. Left my pillow called back and they put it in office so I could pick it up in two weeks.

This was/is a sub standard motel. So many issues with my room the first and foremost being safety! The safety lock on the inside was not intact, there was at least an inch amount of play when the door was shut! Along with ceiling issues, wall issues and bed issues. I will NOT ever stay at this motel again, and probably not any other Rodeway motels.
