克里夫蘭市中心威斯汀酒店(The Westin Cleveland Downtown)

I would have really loved my stay at The Westin, but while I was gone to an event, something was stolen out of my room! I assume housekeeping either took my item or threw it away. Either way, I am out of my expensive facial serum. I guess since it was so small, they thought I wouldn’t notice but I did! Security came and took my information but never followed back up with me!

The hotel was ok, but we booked a king room because my husband is a taller larger guy and queen bed is not very comfortable. When we got there the front desk non- chalant said oh we dont have anymore kings..... but I paid extra for the king.....very disappointed and uncomfortable. they didn't offer to compensate or refund the difference.

Pros: Nice area and great looking hotel/bar/rooms. Cons: Room key didn't work (dead lock battery, took two engineering visits to fix, 4pm and 10pm), slow bar service, sink was cold in the day and scalding hot at night (we tried all lever directions), room wasn't cleaned, no room service.

Made the mistake of interpreting 'parking and breakfast available' to mean included. My mistake, but $37 to park overnight?! This really needs to be noted on the ******* and hotel sites.

Wonderful stay. Had a bit of a line due to Browns game letting out and large crowd checking in but the staff handled it quickly with grace. Room and gym were updated and clean. Great location.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! All of the staff was super friendly and extremely helpful. We will definitely recommend The Westin to other friends as well as make this our go to spot to stay when we come to town!!!

I am disappointed because we couldn’t get into our room until after 6pm, the room was not clean, and we didn’t get more coffee or towels for the second night we stayed. This was not up to the usual Westin quality.
