Used points, so it was free for me. The room was large & clean, but dated room. Friendly service and check in was easy. I left before breakfast, but there is one near the lobby. Didn't really use any other amenities.

All of the staff were very helpful & we appreciated the care that made our room so comfortable. Great location, able to walk to store & restaurant. The area around the hotel was beautiful & peaceful. Will definitely stay again!

The room smelled strongly of chemicals. The pictures do not represent the hotel honestly. It is old and dark and I did not feel safe. Checked out because of that and they kept $200 of my funds. Jared was lovely. I tried to explain to the manager what happened only to be told that there would be no refund. She never picked up the phone to hear what I had to say but inferred that I may not be telling the truth. Safety is paramount to single women travelers. The chemical smell was extremely strong and I knew I could not tolerate it. After working 20 years in the hospitality field I understand how to assist folks. The manager did not. Contacting th executive offices of Wyndham did help. Sherri clearly understands the importance of customer care.

It is in need of refurbishing. The tub drain was rusty. I did not feel safe in this hotel because of the sign on the front door which said they did not accept walk ins after 11 p.m. and the door would be locked. If you were a guest they asked you to use another door with your key card.

We stayed the night of May 18th on way to Canada with fishing boat in tow. Checked in late. Desk manager was so kind and helpful in getting us situated in a spot in parking lot. It’s an older hotel, but everything was very clean and beds comfortable. Shower great. We had our small dog with us. $20 fee which is so cheap compared to other spots we’ve stayed at. Nice selection of breakfast items. Relaxing stay - it will be a go-to for our future overnight stays in this area.

Paint is peeling on the outside and the rooms were not cleaned well. The heater rattled all night. For $30 more a night you can stay at a boutique 4 star hotel with awesome customer service. Not worth the $130 a night….

Wonderful staff and clean hotel! They helped me with all my needs and were very friendly with my disabled son! Great location close travel for any needs u may have! Rooms were clean as well as the pool area well maintained!

Our stay was WONDERFUL and we would 100% stay here again anytime we are passing through. The room was clean, fairly priced, and quiet. Jared at the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming upon arrival. The hot breakfast was very good, too! Thank you, AmericInn, for making our last minute trip to the North Shore easy and comfortable.

Very easy check in and check out, clean rooms and breakfast areas, staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast is one of the best in any hotel stay I've had. I stayed here before a year ago and knew it was a very good hotel and it remains so this time! I'll definitely stay again when back in the area.
