唐思雷酒店(Tonsley Hotel)

Held our AGM and club dinner at the Tonsley Hotel. Fantastic venue, great food and exemplary service. Lachy (the function manager) was efficient and helpful during the whole process of organising the event, and the staff on the night were also top class. Highly recommend for any function, large or small.

Very comfortable elegant room, both us us slept really well. All the staff were friendly, professional and kind making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend dining here, food was delicious, they were easily able to cater for a challenging diet and even though it was an extremely busy evening we were served very quickly. Breakfast and coffee too was delicious. Highly recommend staying here.

We booked the Flinders Room for a Memorial Service for a loved one for a small group of friends and relatives. The room was well organised upon arrival but the Function Manager happily rearranged the room to suit our needs. The airconditioning in the room was beyond expectations as was the audiovisual equipment and the catering. The staff efficiently delivered the food on time. An account at the bar assisted in any additional ordering of drinks. I highly recommend this venue.

Absolutely Brilliant We ordered Two Burgers , pizza and salt and pepper squid. Big serves abs flavoursome ! Will be back for sure. Burgers and salt and pepper squid were highlights. The Asian stir fry was huge . Great prices and service. A real gem.

Located on South Road, South Australia, The Tonsley is an all round hidden gem! 1. Food Not your usual " greasy pub"meals here! Great choice and beautifully presented. Have a look at the menu on line! 2. Service We attended for (Melbourne Cup) lunch yesterday and were delighted with the courtesy and smiles we noticed from the staff. Exemplary customer service, even under the pressure of looking after over 200 guests within a timeline. The back of house staff were great also, judging by the presentation of meals , which arrived hot and inviting . (And I will mention here, we had healthy choices from the menu, ie, I chose grilled salmon with a quinoa salad for the main meal) 3.VENUE There is plenty of parking behind the Hotel. Plus a drive through COVERED entrance, where a gentleman can drop off his guest(s) in inclement weather (as there was yesterday) The dining area inside is spacious and very clean and inviting. There is also a dance floor. Which leads me to.... 4. ENTERTAINMENT. The Tonsley has some great "live " entertainment. Dance bands and mood music, ranging through the various genres. Check online. Overall. we are always impressed with this venue. We haven't stayed in the accommodation part of the Venue as we live in Adelaide, but I would be confident it would maintain the same level of cleanliness and care as the Hotel.

Amazing accomodation experience from check in to check out! Super clean rooms, comfy beds and pillows and impeccable customer service. The meal in the hotel was exceptional too with just as great customer service.

We enjoyed a birthday lunch with family. We had a great table with plenty of room and the staff were very attentive. The meals were good too which included warm bread rolls and soft butter. Well done Tonsley team

Lunch was lovely, well worth the value,would of liked to see the fillies of the day lined up, very hard to pick a winner as everyone was sitting down, perhaps staff could pick the winning fillies, staff are very friendly.
