This motel does not have an elevator and they putting everyone one the second, they stated that they were renovating the first floor. But there was no evidence of any work being done. (We were there on a Wednesday.
You could not get any tv networks (ABC, NBC or CBS). The front desk clerks were no help.
We were room was not comfortable or enviting.
It was so dissatisfying that we did not spend the night and drove home!

It was ok for the location, the rooms were not as clean as I thought it would be. It looked like they just did a quick wipe down. The most disappointing thing was that there was no breakfast just a bag with a small water bottle, an apple, a muffin, 2 packs of saltine crackers and a packet of peanut butter.

There is no elevator. Our room door (and the neighbors) was difficult to latch / unlatch. Felt a bit unsafe. On a busy hwy. Thought we would be in walking distance of the main Tombstone attractions but it was not. No Uber/taxi service Sun --Thursday. The hotel staff is wonderful.

VERY UNHAPPY WITH ******* and hotel was unable to help me reschedule without *******. ******* misinformed me and stalled my rescheduling-- needed due to urgent oral surgery and tooth infection. ******* didn't offer trip cancellation insurance either. Will not be using ******* again, though I like this hotel and have been there several times before.

Have learned an important lesson from our stay. Will not ever stay with you again. As someone 80 years old having to transport luggage up stairs is both unacceptable and unsafe. Will from hence forward if no accommodations on main floor and no elevator we will find other places to stay. Bad experiences stay with us forever 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Our stay was great. The staff was friendly, the room was comfy and clean, location was great, breakfast was good, parking was easy and plenty of it. We really enjoyed the heated pool since we jumped in at night when it was 50°F outside. We liked the firepit also.

Pretty much your basic hotel.....Close too town.....Tracey at the front desk very friendly and helpful...Too bad she was by herself because she was doing three things at once...kudos to Tracey!....The only downfall...is the the Grand doesn't have Elevators...( does not ).....So you have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs....Besides that...Yes...I would definitely stay there again..

Friendly staff, and easy to get to room from parking lot. Good location, and only about one mile from Tombstone. The room key machine was down, but the workers helped us get our stuff to our room. Would stay here again if I return to Tombstone or Kartchner Caverns.
