Very DISAPPOINTED! Expected less than best accomodations, but this location exceeded our low expectations.
Biggest complaint - NO FREE Breakfast as advertised. They have a restaurant FOR PAY.
Not enough towels. Mold on exterior wall showing through the pint (close to /c unit)
Only real positive is it's location close to Cape Canaveral and shopping at exit 2 miles away.

The pool was dirty, the room had a strange smell and looked very old and hadn't been upkept well. there were water stains on the ceiling and our bathroom door wouldn't stay closed. My wife was scared to be left alone with the kids while i went to get us dinner.

It's an older property, and its age shows, but that's not necessarily bad.
The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the other guests were quiet as far as we could tell.
If you're looking for a decent room, just off I-95 in Cocoa, we can recommend this motel.
Oh, and the on-site restaurant, C's Waffles, is a very good place to grab breakfast or lunch (they mostly aren't open for dinner).

DO NOT STAY - This is the most disgusting place I have ever been to. Room was filthy, smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke and felt unsafe. We spoke with Sara in reception and her response was, “if you don’t like it, you can leave”. We did leave.

Room smelled heavily of smoke, even though it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room! Toilet did not flush correctly and tub backed up with water while taking a shower. Mirror on wall was filthy and someone wrote “please clean me” on it. Room was overall dirty!

We will never stay here again! It took them an hour to get us checked in. The ladies behind the counter moved like a sloth. After we were settled in our room, they assigned another family to the same room they gave us. I can go on and on, but I won't. This place should be renamed "The Flea Bag Inn by Wyndham!
