Month December 11, 2021, We stayed in SPS Grand for a Night Stay. A warm welcome given by the Front Office Manager Mr Murugan and his team. Room No 305 and 315 are well furnished and decorated, neat and clean, friendly staff. Breakfast is delicious and more variety of South Indian cuisine and South Indian Chef and Chef are very friendly and fulfilled our requirements and we were much impressed with their services. Keep it up. The credit goes to the General Manager for his excellent team work. All the best and would like come and enjoy their hospitality in near future.

Booked a family room for 3+1(child) during my recent trip to coimbatore. The scheduled check in time was 12 pm. They have given us the room even though we reached at 7am. The room was spacious and neat and well maintained. They have provided all the required things to use in the room. You will get good vegetarian food in their in-house restaurant.
Three of us spent one night at an executive suite in the Welcomhotel Coimbatore. 1. Let’s begin with the biggest complaint first. Halfway through a morning shower, the hot water simply stopped flowing both from the tap at the washbasin and from the showers too. Took about 15 minutes to resolve so I finished my bath with cold water which isn’t a big deal in a Kovai summer. But this is not something you want to happen at this price point, or, indeed, at a price point half as high as this. More so when you’re occupying an executive suite. Extremely disappointing. 2. There was some confusion at checkout. Our reservation included all 3 meals. And we had signed for one of those meals, and the restaurant had posted it as a bill payable. Reception took a few minutes to sort that out. 3. The lobby almost doesn’t exist. Once you pass through the doors, you are in what can at best be described as a passage facing the reception. This is well-lit, and I do like the aesthetics, but it’s just surprisingly small. Not complaining about this though; I was just amused. 4. We had an a la carte lunch and a buffet dinner. The quality of the food is, overall, good, as you would expect of the ITC group. The food at their Fortune hotels is often very good too. The buffet seemed to play to the crowd a little – there was a little too much tempering, it was a little too strong in its approach. But still, that is nitpicking. A la carte was pretty good. The staff are patient at taking orders and orders are taken seriously. But their knowledge of the menu isn’t sufficient. They have a dish called “ritu ki sabzi” or something of that sort which translates into “seasonal vegetables.” When we asked what the vegetables were this season, the best the waitress could do was to say “carrot” twice. The dish too was something like that: Nothing particularly seasonal about the vegetables. 5. We had an early breakfast. The buffet wasn’t quite ready yet. Nevertheless, the spread on the buffet is satisfactory but not as wide as you would expect. The quality of the food is excellent. The service was mediocre: I ordered a masala dosa which didn’t show up for 10 minutes. On inquiring about it again, the waitress (a different person) thought I was placing a fresh order and informed me that it would take about 10 minutes, a point which was never brought to my notice when I first ordered it. So I ordered a plain dosa instead. 6. Overall, the aesthetics of the hotel are nice. The restaurant, however, is dimmer than I’d like. At dinnertime, there was live music in the restaurant. I suspect that the hotel didn’t think its guests had personalities, because the loud volume made conversation extremely inconvenient. The rhythm was good (because it was essentially a metronome type of thing), the singer might have had some relationship with melody at some point in some life, but his accent made it (un)clear to us that nobody knew what the words of the songs were. 7. The stay was very good.... I stayed with my friends.... They has more excited for.....views and staff services.... The room was very neet and cleaning.... Food was very good........ 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 the recipient staff and bell boy hospitality was amazing.... I enjoyed very much this stay
訪訪客Hotel room is neat and tidy. But staff behavior is bit rude. They enforce strict 12pm checkout for mmt booked customers. Even if we are willing to pay extra 1000- to extend for 5more hrs, they accepted in phone enquiry but rejected when asked in person during checkin.
Excellent customer service by the entire team headed by the General Manager Mr.Samson. Best quality of rooms in that entire surroundings with all modern amenities. Yummy food at the restaurant with a warm service. Our guests also felt comfortable, as they were visiting India and Coimbatore for the first time. Our guests forgot their passports, it was safely kept until they returned and collected it even after check out. Our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the Zen Park team.
We were a group of 13 who visited this place for a day out. It was not a remarkable experience, I would say. The reception and other employees took a bit of a lukewarm approach. It was a blink-of-an-eye decision, but for the 24k we paid, this place fell disastrously short of our expectations. It is out of nowhere, and this place and its surroundings have nothing interesting to offer. The parking facilities are inadequate. The place is maintained okay, but there are many no-go places for those who want a day out. Even a flipping swing! The food was just okay but terribly lacked options. This place may not suit those not from the state, let alone foreigners. We were seated where the AC was not working, and the temp was about 35 degrees; needless to say, how it would have felt. When I raised it, I got a grin from the team from the property. Overall, it was a terrible experience!

Being our train is at 4. 00pm, we have to check out at 11. 00am, even we thought of stay up to 2. 00pm, we couldn't. If there is option in make my trip webpage for 24 hrs check in, it will be comfortable, those who look for the same

One of the Most Irritating stay at this Hotel. I checked in with my wife and 2 kids at 8 pm on 13/4/24 night after a very hectic drive from Madurai for 5 hours straight. First they gave us a room 113 which was completely with the smell of Smoke, in which we could not even enter. Then I went to reception and complained and they told they will put refresher spray in the room and tried to convince me to take that room. After so much effort , i asked to change the room and they gave me a room on the top floor 4th floor. I felt happy for that. But i did not know it would be much worse than the previous room. Exactly above my room no 411, they had their kitchen and utensils washing area. From 10 pm in the night they started throwing the vessels during washing in the kitchen and we heard the sound that someone was throwing the utensils on our head. I called and complained the reception twice, but they did not stop. Then i directly went to the kitchen which was above our floor (5th floor) at 2 am in the morning and asked the chef to stop the washing and let us sleep for sometime. But after i come down to room no 411, it started again . I went to the kitchen twice and requested them to stop. But it did not stop. So all 4 of us did not sleep till morning and we had the worst night of our life ever. I am sure the one in the reception who allotted us this room would have definitely known that this room had this complaint. Inspite of that he gave it for us. I am sure he has spoilt the hotel’s reputation to the core and I also dont know if the Hotel management knows it or not. Even after knowing that if the Hotel management is allowing it, then you are spoiling your hotel’s reputation. I am know a lot of members in the Hotel Association in Coimbatore and I am definitely going to complaint this irritating stay at Hash six Hotel. The Management need to take immediate action to save the Guests sleep and peacefulness.
This property is within walk able distance from the main Rly station and in a quite place.. Its well maintained, clean and hygienic. rooms are spacious and well furnished, quality of the food was delicious. All the staff were very polite and courteous. Unfortunately in my room, the toilet door broke down and so i was not able to close it. The flush was leaking and no mug was available. I will appreciate if the management provides uniforms to their staff to maintain its standard.and if the House keeping in charge can check the room etc once a guest check out and ractify any short comings.
