凱藝酒店(Colby Inn and Suites)

I didn’t expect a Hilton experience but I also didn’t expect to have a spider crawling on the pillow my 1year old was laying on. I’m glad we were still awake and I seen the spider crawling on his pillow because who knows where that spider could have crawled to.

This property was very sketchy and looked nothing like the photos. The sign also says “Quality Inn” and not the listed name. I felt terribly unsafe and requested to cancel within six hours of booking but ******* could not get a hold of them on the phone, as their number was invalid. Don’t book here.

On first approach, the property appeared to be abandoned. The parking lot is full of ****s, and no one was at the desk when we came in. The exterior door to our room block did not lock, several rooms were obviously disused due to broken or missing door knobs. There was visible damage to the roof, and the second floor was closed off. It is obvious that the management is desperately trying to rescue a once lovely property, but the recent painting in the hallways made the interior smell. I wish them good luck, but we will not be back.

Very poor water pressure in the sink and the sink did not drain well at all. The TV only had half of the stations they advertised as having. The remote was a very generic device with only channel and volume functions, no guide or info, or any other convience functionality. The bed slept well, but there was no water in the swimming pool, and major remodeling was going on everywhere.

Waited for 1 and half hours. No one ever came to desk. Has different name on building. Literally talked to front desk 2 min before i pulled up.

They do not have a pool and morning breakfast but they advertised it.

I was looking for 4 walls and a roof to get away from a storm going through Kansas and it fit. It wasn't a luxury hotel but i wasn't expecting it to be. One traveler tip, the sink was poorly designed and if you turn it on to quickly it will splash you with water. Not sure about other rooms but it happened in mine.

A fine stopover on a cross country journey. Bed was comfortable, no horrors, which is all I needed. It would have been great if there were a plastic silverware set so I had something to eat my microwave dinner with, but all else was as expected.

My favorite place to stay. Home away from home. I always choose to stay here when needing a place to stay. A great price and the staff is always friendly and welcoming.
