Where to begin... the smell in the main hallway was atrocious, like feces, the ice machine did not work, there was no soap in the laundry dispenser, there was no bottled water in any of the vending machines, our fridge didn't work, there was no hot water in our shower and the last straw was when the manager cleaned up the breakfast bar at 8am when it was advertised as 6-9. People don't go to a Super 8 for the amenities, they use a Super 8 because of budget restraints. But we still expected the basic services to be working and available. In this case, when the issues were presented to the manager, all he did was apologize and say, "If you had brought to to my attention, I could have taken care of it." We did!! several times and it 's not our responsibility to let you know things don't work! It's your responsibility as the manager to make sure the advertised services are ready and waiting for the customer. Usually, I can count on a Super 8 to be as advertised, not here. You only get one chance to make a good first impression and this staff blew it. We were tired and had been on our motorcycle since Illinois, we needed a hot shower cold bottle of water and to do our laundry. We didn't get any of it.

We are non-smokers and we’re originally given a room that smelled badly of smoke! Then, the room we ended up in did not have a hair dryer in it. I had to shower in our room and go to a second room to use a hair dryer. WORST hotel I have been in, in many years!

Dirty bathroom and the grounds/parking area was fithy wirh cigarettes every where.

Place dirty and run down, bed seemed clean, surfaces wiped but microwave dirty, bathroom not clean, carpet not vacuumed. Bathroom sink barely any water, shower fine, towels etc. washed but full of spots, threadbare. Appreciated I could open a window and it was reasonably quiet.

It was awful. Stayed with the check in where the person was rude. The heat didn't work in the room or the refrigerator. There were buggers or blood smears on the wall. Hair all over the bathroom floor. Bed were not comfortable at all.

I requested a room with 2 queen beds and got a room with double beds. Did not sleep well

Water leak all over when woke up to go for breakfast. Cereal was stale and other items didn't look good at all. Noone at front desk to help. Picture on website not accurate. Old and needs updated.

Check-in took almost 30 minutes. The guy was rude to me in the morning. The room was not very clean

The bed was super uncomfy and they short sheeted the bed. It was a dump.
