堪薩斯科爾比 6 號汽車旅館(Motel 6 Colby, KS)

I was charged a 50 dollar pet deposit. I was told it would be taken off my card this morning. It was charged to my card today. I have contacted corporate office and am waiting on a reply. Steer clear of here ! Never heard of a pet deposit at motel 6 until this. If corporate can't clear this up it will be my last stay at motel 6.

Paid for this room in advance through *******, since we were running late and checked in after midnight they told us we would have to pay again. I explained the money had already been taken out of my account but they insisted they would have to refund that amount and issue a new charge. Needless to say, it was a mess and I was double charged.

Check in went smooth Bathroom was dirty. Loud music and guest hanging outside room window. Check out on door in room stated Noon. At 11:18am someone knocks on room door. Person at door says. Check out is at 11am and I need to leave. I mentioned the notice on the door saying noon as check out. He says sign is old , and check is at 11am. I said old or not , sign is still on the door and states noon as check out. Normally not a big deal but I was meeting someone at the location between 11:30am and noon since check out on door stated noon as check out. Just be consistent and courteous to your guest.

It was clean but no shampoo. The smoke alarm chirped. There were flies in the room. The TV had almost continual ads on the side borders. Not a great experience.

I booked a room online and searched for cat friendly and it came up on 2 pet friendly sites with one specifically saying cat friendly. When I arrived to check in the guy was rude and said only dogs, no cats. So tired and frustrated I had to find another place to stay.

Couldn’t use the heat in the room it would set off the fire alarm. Room wasn’t what was reserved.

It was okay except one thing. it's kinda funny now not then. when you set the heater it would go on and off like alll temp. regulated fan. but this one sounded like a jet taking off. all night, on, off, on, etc. good thing i was exhauted and only woke up 5 or 6 times.

Sheets and bed spread were stained, curtains were filthy. Staff were not friendly. Some of the lights were not working. Felt unsafe

Bed was very noisy and shower would not stay warm. Outlet to far from nightstand for use of charging cable
