科爾比經濟旅館&套房酒店(Budget Inn & Suites Colby)

When I got there, the lady behind the counter was very nice. I got to the room. It was almost as hot inside. As outside. The air conditioner has not been turned on. The condition of this hotel was extremely poor. A lot of patchwork done not sanded down to look nice. Mismatch tiles needs a very big overhaul. Beds were very comfortable. They seem to be new. I think it’s the only thing in there that isn’t from the 1950s. One trash bag only. No tissues no coffee in the room. It was advertised to have breakfast in the morning. We went over there and there was nothing and I was told that’s what ******* says but we don’t do that. Extremely misleading I already heard you say that and I said you get up there and wait to this movies done

We liked first floor, water pressure was good. Bathroom was filthy, ring in commode, floor filthy! White soap scum all over the tub, rusty drain, stain on towell! Need some hooks to hang things on. Need LOTS of work!!!

This property would have been decent if the rooms were actually clean and the parking area wasnt nasty w muddy gravel. Upon check in front desk greeted me in pajamas and made me sign a non smoking contract which was great considering i have allergies to pets ,cigeratte smoke and ashes. Upon entering the hotel windows were open in 30 degree weather im not sure it ever warmed up lastnight there was blood on the door facing to the restroom,feaces on the wall ,black ring in the toilet,no toilet paper,dead bugs everywhere,filthy floors,couch was disgusting,and turned the bed back to a cigeratte burn in of the middle sheet,and black hairs everywhere. We left w no money ,no sleep,and disgusted if was ******* i would not list them any longer its a tourist trap! And housekeeping should be fired and owners take more pride in there propertiy! I would be ashamed to be apart of that facility! KEEP GOING DONT STOP AT BUDGET INN COLBY KANSAS SOMEONE CALL THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT!!

Water was hot. Mildew in grout in bathroom. Sheets had small holes. Said breakfast included, there was nothing.

They advertise breakfast, but do not serve anything but coffee.

The young girl checking us in was friendly but upon entering the room there were bugs on the floor since the door was not properly secure. Also there were stains on the sheets and my kids refused to stay the night so we used the room for an hour to rest and then drove the rest of the way home! Was very disappointed we didn’t get to stay the night.

First.. at check in she added to my bill for cleaning fee ! I did not stay there after I walked in the room and saw how shabby and dirty it was. And windows were even filthy. There is even peeling paint in the rooms. Asked for refund and was told ******* would have to refund me. Even the outside appearance is a red flag. It is not how it was presented online.

The property was not kept up. There were millers in our room. Room needs updating. Charged us an additional $20 fees for cleaning and maintenance but didn't show that they even care about cleaning property

Never stay here. Paid for a hotel with breakfast. There was nothing. No juice, bread, bagels, muffins, waffles. NOTHING. I want a refund. Very uncool, owner didn't care.
