扎爾科利馬酒店(Zar Colima)

No vale lo que cuesta. Cucarachas en los cuartos. Sabanas sucias. Sin amenidades (plancha, cafetera, caja de seguridad, hielo, etc) La alberca esta bien. El desayuno no esta mal. La atención es buena. Los a/c no funcionan. No está mal, pero por ese precio consigues algo mucho mejor.

I had a reservation for Nov 18 my flight resold my ticket I called Hotel Zar to let them know I might need to cancel because I was not going to arrive that day they said I needed to contact my 3rd party which I did they said I was going to get half of my money back which I was fine with that, in the end the refused so I lost my $50 book in :/ very disappointed :/ because at least they could of told me to come next day I have the proof that what I was saying was the truth I still have all that information with me if needed.

Tiene mucho potencial para ser una estancia más actualizada e innovadora. Falta un teléfono en el cuarto, tener mas amenidades para los clientes y renovar la imagen… se ve muy viejo todo, para pasar la noche es buena y accesible opción.

El aspecto de la recepción es deprimente. No hay toallas de mano. El equipamiento del baño es inadecuado e incómodo por su ubicación. Personal amable “ a secas”, excelente para descansar

Water sing damage and the floor damage too some parts and too much noise too the customers and before rent room including good breakfast and now is separated and not good breakfast thas may last time rent this hotel

Deben fumigar, mucha cucaracha, se molestaron por que pedimos toalla y shampoo adicional, no son amables, pésimo servicio jamás volvería a llegar. No lo recomiendo

Sábanas sucias, toallas sucias, baño sucio, gente gritando en el pasillo todo el tiempo, azotando puertas y con música alta y no hubo regulación por parte del hotel.

EL HOTEL ESTA ALEJADO DEL RUIDO, LA ATENCIÓN DEL PERSONAL ES BUENA, Y SI HAY ALGÚN PROBLEMA, LO RESUELVEN MUY RÁPIDO.

The grounds are beautiful, and the swimming pool area is very secluded and well landscaped. The hotel is under major renovation, and it is looking pretty good. The breakfast lady is very kind and friendly, and the food is just OK. The front desk staff tends to be indifferent, and not very friendly. I have stayed here before, and there always seems to be an issue with turning the television on and using the control. It has been this way for a year. Overall, I would give this hotel, a good rating, and I will definitely stay here again.
