服務態度很差，到了等辦理入住等了很久，前台就一個人，開始打電話在聊天聊了20分鐘，後來跟旁邊的人説話又説了很久，不搭理我們。
房間沙發和地毯感覺很臟，電梯等很久很久…

這個城市跟在森林裏一樣，特別舒服，酒店周邊環境也不錯，離機場蠻近的，能看到飛機起飛的地方。房間還有一個小沙發會客區，出差放行李特別好，房間不小，酒店周邊環境不錯，還有早餐。

Since I booked my stay when it was Best Western and it switched ownership apparently my reservation didn’t switch over even though I received an email saying it would. Luckily Yaya was amazing and got us a room and honored the original reservation. The next morning she mentioned to have them call a shuttle which I mentioned several times to the morning employee and he kept saying don’t worry. I wanted to catch the 6:30 shuttle and I was down there by 6:10. By 6:50 I was frustrated and called a Lyft to take us to the airport.

I was traveling for a business trip.
This Hotel was good. Like any hotel, there’s always room for improvement. I stayed for 3 nights. Be mindful the room layout is kinda funny (has a door on your room to the other room/occupants- but staff explained how it’s be impossible for strangers to enter.) if you’re in town on business and value safety, privacy and integrity, THIS MAY NOT THE BEST PLACE FOR YOU.
Staff- was welcoming. Especially the two ladies at the front desk, and guy with the dreads.
Continental Breakfast- was everything I needed.
Room- I was locked out my room and it took 6 different key cards being made just to finally get back in my room.
Parking- it seems to ALWAYS be parking and was very convenient.
Housekeeping- Was decent, and seems to stay to themselves.
Overall This experience was a learning experience for me and then I’m sure.

Great staff Rebecca who understood my specific needs. She was kind and gave me your if the facility to ease my concerns. I needed rest and peace.....the best rest I could've had in the middle of a bustling day!!!!! Kudos to all the staff.

Staff was really nice and friendly, just didn’t like that wifi was not available most of my stay. Which I needed for work. Wasted all my hotspot data for the month just using it for 3- 4 days.
