亞特蘭大機場萬豪酒店(Atlanta Airport Marriott Gateway)

I have to say it's very very disappointing during the latest stay at Mariott Atlanta Airport Gateway. My wife stayed through 13-15Oct. She placed her jade bracelet on bedside table and forgot to carry with her to dinner for several hours on 14Oct late afternoon. The jade bracelet was never found again after that. Hotel gave a plain answer to her inquiry simply saying it could not be found, although it certainly could do some investigation on room access or CCTV record. Besides the financial loss, it's a priceless gift from old parents. The result, security concern, and the hotel's reaction are so so disappointing.

Tried to check in at 11 pm, no rooms even with prepaid booking, told to wait, hour later given a room that was occupied! Back to reception, lots of angry people, no management, felt very sorry for the sole receptionist, eventually had a conference room with pull down bed given to me. Will avoid.

I strongly recommend this hotel alter their advertisement. They claim they are a short train ride away from the airport. That’s true. However, when flying internationally, it’s a nightmare. After getting off a 14 hour flight and waiting for luggage, we had to wait another 45 minutes for the free airport bus to take us to the domestic terminal where we were able to catch the train. The reason I picked the hotel was because I was under the impression it would be easy. The app also implied I would get a mobile key upon online check-in, yet I still had to check in and it seemed as though I was inconveniencing the desk staff. You should let customers know what to expect.

This was the perfect location to stay. Had to attend a conference, so the walk was super easy and convenient!! Hotel staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful. Room was comfy and nice! I will definitely be staying here again for me next conference!

Molto comoda vicina all’aeroporto. Dovrebbero specificare meglio le istruzioni per la navetta da e per l’aeroporto. Infatti parte solo dai voli nazionali e a seguire bisogna prendere le skytrain

Great location to stay when you have an early flight. Service by staff was amazing, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and an on-site restaurant was a plus. Easy to get to the Domestic & International Terminals from this hotel. Will stay again!!

The hotel was in a convenient location to the airport and the check in process was extremely fast. The hotel room was roomy and comfortable and very clean. 10/10.

Did not honor the booking through ******* and then refused to refund my money. This forced my stranded aunt to pay for another room.

Close to the airport. There are no ameinities and convienience area in the hotel to even get a bottle of water if you are checking in late.
