The location of the hotel, so close to the airport, was perfect. The staff was polite, warm, patient and helpful. The room overall was fine, but small details need attention - some lamps not working, the shower head was very outdated and water pressure weak, the comforter had a make-up stain. The room was carpeted and hotel carpets are never trustworthy. The room doesn’t provide slippers, so pack your own. The mattresses and pillows are very soft! Just a note for anyone who might prefer a firmer bed. The breakfast buffet had a variety of offerings. I’m gluten-free and it was easy to have a filling breakfast from what they provided. The morning breakfast staff was really nice and the dining area was pleasant. The parking area was gated and secure. If I was judging this hotel based on the personalities of the people who work there, it’d be perfect. But small details and cleanliness in the room need attention.

The proximity to the Atlanta airport was amazing! We walked out the front doors of the hotel, turned right and we were at the FlyTrain station next door. Once on the FlyTrain, the very next stop was the airport. We were able to get from our hotel room to baggage check-in, in 7 minutes. The rooms are completely sound proof. We could see the airplanes, but couldn't hear any noise. We didn't want to eat at one of the neighboring hotels so we got in our car and ten minutes away we found many great eating options such as Olive Garden, Panda Express, etc. Our room was perfect for our family of 5 with two beds and a trundle bed under the sofa. Everyone we encountered on the staff was professional, helpful, and friendly. We would definitely stay again if we have a flight out of Atlanta. There were a couple minor issues we had with the hotel. The room design is sleek and modern, but the bathroom doors have translucent windows so in the night when someone gets up to go to the bathroom, they turn on the light in the bathroom, and it shines through the window into the sleeping area. Whoever designed this was thinking only of the aesthetics and not the practical aspects. The showers have large pump style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The conditioner was out. Our room was only supplied with one trash can liner, yet there were three trash cans. Our kids were disappointed that there was no swimming pool. We were told it was covered over to make a business meeting room. We got to the hotel early in the hopes of swimming so that was a disappointment. There really isn't anything to do in the hotel that is appealing to kids and teens. Also, no waffle maker at the hotel breakfast.

对于住客咨询机场摆渡问题的回答不是很周到，没有说明前往国内航站楼和国际航站楼的方式不同。

We were not happy with our stay for several reasons. The front desk staff were not helpful when we tried to check out early to catch a flight, even though we reserved and PAID for two nights, they wanted to charge us an ”early checkout fee” for checking out in the late afternoon on day 2 to get an earlier flight! Never heard of such an absurd policy! When we asked if we could split the room costs, the front desk clerk appeared as though it was an inconvenience - and although she took both of our credit cards, the full two-night charges were NOT split and showed up on my card. The bistro service was a JOKE - it took twenty minutes to get a glass of wine and the food was just ok. Guys working behind the bar were inattentive and slow. Will never stay here again!
