We missed our connecting flight to Dallas and they put us in this trashy hotel. The rooms reek of sewage when we went to the front desk to ask if we could change rooms they said that there was nothing that they could do for us. They said that they could go spray some aerosol, but that was it. Close to the airport but that’s about all it has going for it.

Yes... This is the hotel that British Airways uses to put passengers up for a night when flights are missed , delayed, canceled etc. solid 3 star in terms of acomodation. Older building but really alright for a night stay. The mattress was firm, room was clean, bed sheets were soft, there was a kettle in the room, water pressure in our room was very strong for a spa- like feel and the bath towels are the larger ones and fluffy too. There was also a free standing electric heater which we just had to turn on.. very effective and we ended up switching it off because it got too warm! Our room was provided with a small hand soap, a small bottle of shower gel and shampoo. There is a hair dryer in the room and an iron and ironing board, safe too.We only traveled with hand luggage and if you need more variety of toiletries, make sure you buy them before you jump on the Hopper bus with your voucher from terminal 5 at Boots for example. I had bought a travel size hair conditioner, shampoo and body lotion anticipating this possible dilemma. The staff at this hotel are all very kind. I think that's the best to describe them. I asked for my an extra shower gel at the front desk ... Done! Delivered to our room promptly. Taxi to be ordered to get to Gatwick the next morning... No problem! Oh and the dinner buffet they offer for guests with the voucher given by British Airlines is wonderful. We were impressed. If you enjoy Indian cuisine... You are in for a treat! Butter chicken, daal, basmati rice, naan and a carrot coriander soup! Amazingly authentic! The buffet also has a salad bar and for those who don't like spicy there was roasted chicken legs, potatoes, carrots and peas, pasta with mushroom sauce. So really something for everyone... Vegetarians too! I have included a photo of the buffet dishes offered.

Отель сам по себе неплохой, чистенькие номера, хорошая зеленая территория, вежливый персонал, но есть 2 НО, которые все портят. 1. Какой-то дополнительный домик на территории отеля в котором происходят вакханалии - орет музыка, закон о тишине не писан вообще от слова совсем и никто на это влиять не может. Огромный комплекс гостиницы страдает из-за этих оргий. Музыка может быть и до 12, и до 2 и до 4 утра. Руководству совершенно наплевать на это все. 2. Второй нюанс ресторан - очень странно открывают двери, основная дверь из отеля часто закрыта, приходится обходить либо с тыла, либо с улицы. Казалось бы - быстрый доступ, больше клиентов, но нет. Порой бывает так, что большая часть меню недействительна. Завтрак страшненький. Если бы исправить эти недостатки был бы приличный отель, а так приходится в командировках жить и страдать. В холодное время получше, потому что меньше слышно адскую музыку и двери обходные закрывают. Жилой в мае и сентябре - нереально, жуткие оргии особенно в выходные.

Siamo capitati qui gentilmente ospitati da British Airways che ha cancellato il nostro volo e ci ha ripianificato il giorno dopo. Hotel basic, pulito e con le cose essenziali. La camera era con letto queen più una branda per la bimba: c’è il ferro da stiro, il bollitore, il sapone nei flacconcini. C’è un pullman che si ferma lì davanti per l’aeroporto di Heatrow. Per andare in centro da lì bisogna andare in aeroporto e prendere il treno per Paddington. Il personale è stato molto gentile e ci hanno anche preparato un sacchetto per la colazione dato che partivamo molto presto. Hanno anche pranzo e cena, ma non li abbiamo provati. Non si sente il rumore degli aerei.

Nos enviaron ahi por una escala como servicio de la aerolinea. Habitaciones con olor a cigarrillo, imposibles de permanecer. Duchas sin agua caliente Desayuno deplorable Sin cena La temperatura de las habitaciones no funcionaba. No lo recomiendo

Amazing location for Heathrow and transport to central London. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Rooms basic but really comfortable. The town of Colnbrook is walking distance where we received a beautiful Indian meal at the Taj Mahal. Only disappointing thing is the hotel hasn’t changed its web site and there is no gym anymore. But who wants to train during your holidays?

Yesterday 23rd January my BA flight was delayed so they gave me accommodation here but have very bad experience I reached hotel around 10.30 pm after giving me keys for my room they said have your dinner as we are closing the food was very bad was freezing the roast chicken leg was so hard looks like that was in buffet from 4 or 5 hours as I am a professional chef from more than 30 years I can say that the worst food I ever had curry have no taste no flavour.now come to the room which was ice cold ,no water bottle,in toilet their is a sing for drinking water.my question to management is BA not paying you for room and food?really disappointed.

British Airways - Absolute shame on you for putting your customers to this sh*I show of a hotel. We had two rooms - one which had a severely strong odour of curry, both rooms had no radiators, they use one small oil filled radiator to heat a room - both adults and my 3 children were absolutely freezing, we slept with our jackets on. When asked about the heating he told me we couldn’t get extra quilts and he had no more radiators to give us. We all shared one room in the end and added the radiator to the room to make 2 so we could at least try and keep warm. Food was appalling. Staff were not friendly and did not interact with the customers, the cleaner left black bags outside the room doors instead of placing this in a remote rubbish area. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in and that is no exaggeration. Disgusted that British airways think it’s acceptable to allocate their customers to this hotel. As a business owner myself I would be utterly ashamed to read these reviews if this was my business. Please refuse to stay here everyone.

Due to delayed flight with British Airways we had to say a Night here. It was the absolut worst i have ever tried and simply no where near okay. British Airways need to stop using this hotel for passengers. It is an absolute diagrace. First of all there is almost no Way of charhing your phone. There is a us behibd the tv - took more than 4 hours to get it to 50%. The bus to and from the hotel doesnt show up at correct times - waited over 30 minutes ekstra both times. Food at the buffet was bad. Cold and no taste and with hair in the food. THE ABSOLUT WORST - there was no heat at all!!!! The room was freezing. Told the front desk the offered me a blanket but did not help at all. Room temperature was lower than the outside (this was in january) so horrible. I now have a cold after this experience. I have read earlier reviews about the hotel and everyone complaints about the freezing room - so clearly the hotel does not Care! British Airways - you really should quit this hotel right now!
