米德頓酒店(The Midtown Hotel)

We loved our stay. Easy to find by the entrance of the shopping mall (don't go inside, the entrance is in the street) and kind receptionists. They had an iron so we could iron our clothes. The rooms are modern and very clean.

One of the best hotels ever. All is in place, comfort At its max (excellent bed, powerful shower) Staff is excellent and will go the extra mile for accommodating your needs. Conveniently located, walkable vibrant area with all services, you can enjoy Köln as a local or walk a short distance to the tourist attractions. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel rinnovato di recente nel centro di Colonia, a un paio di fermate dalla stazione centrale. Si trova vicino alla zona di Friesenplatz,. non lontano c'è un parco dove si può fare una passeggiata ed una corsa, . L'hotel ha un arredamento piuttosto ricercato, con idee interessanti. Le stanze singole sono davvero piccole, al limite dell'abitabilità se vi si rimane per qualche giorno, con il bagno all'entrata. Colazione con scelta molto limitata. Problemi con la pulizia della stanza: sul ripiano sopra la zona appendimento degli abiti c'era uno spesso strato di polvere; considerando che l'hotel è nuovo, probabilmente non ci avevano mai pulito. Inoltre, puliscono ogni due giorni.

A great stay- comfortable accommodation in a neighbourhood with excellent transport options from both city and the airport. We easily and enjoyably strolled in to the central area via many iconic churches and lovely restaurants and shops. Don’t discount the breakfast offered at the hotel, the buffet was awesome and frequently replenished. Such a shame that so many lacklustre reviews for this hotel actually appear to relate to properties in NYC!

Great boutique hotel near the center of Koln. The rooms represent a good value and are larger with higher ceilings than most European hotel rooms—also, large operable windows and a spacious bathroom. Staff was friendly and helpful, public transportation was right in front of the hotel, great German restaurant a block away.

Friendly desk staff. Comfortable beds. No mini fridge in room. Rooms were provided with a bottle of water which was nice. Plenty of storage. The soap provided in the bathroom was of poor quality so definitely bring your own. Breakfast was ok. It seemed far too expensive for what it was- yogurt/bread/cheese/ eggs/ honey . One day we found mouldy yogurt/orange/crudités - they dealt with this swiftly and didn’t charge us for breakfast. Housekeeping didn’t come once during our 3 night stay. One of the chairs in our room had questionable stains on it. The gym looked very small and only had one set of weights and an elliptical machine. Overall a comfortable stay. More 3 star than 4 star hotel. Was conveniently situated close to good shops and restaurants.

Freundliches Personal,hilfsbereit, alles sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Zimmer ist wegen der häufigen Verwendung von dunklen Farben sehr düster. Dadurch wird Licht im Bad geschluckt. Für ein Hotelzimmer zum abendlichen Ausflug war es gut geeignet. Gut zu Fuß mit Koffer vom Bahnhof aus zu erreichen.
