樂趣酒店-塔託蓋羅(Hotel Serendipity Tortuguero)

Un hôtel qui n’en est pas un, 6 chambres et ambiance chambre d’hôte… Chambre quelconque aménagée simplement. Les distributeurs à savon sont bien là mais vide, le débit de l’eau est très faible et l’eau froide. Un accueil plutôt sympathique, pendant lequel nous demandons un petit déjeuner à 6h45, sachant que tout commence à 6h à tortuguero et que nous avions un bateau a prendre à 7h30. A 7h10, personne pour nous servir, tout le monde dormait, la réceptionniste que nous réveillons réveillé elle même la cuisinière mais trop tard pour nous qui devions partir. L’amateurisme et l’insouciance peuvent dans certain cas être acceptés, mais pas à 270 euros ttc la nuit petit déjeuner inclus Très mauvais rapport qualité / prix et ce n’est pas un hôtel

Llegue esta semana y fue el mejor lugar acojedor para deleitar de una rica estadía, las habitaciones son bien confortables cómodas , y sin pasar por alto los ricos platillos que ofrecen espero volver 😍

Fantástico hotel dentro del pueblo de Tortuguero. Instalaciones nuevas y de buena calidad, habitaciones tipo apartahotel, con pequeña cocina incorporada. El personal en general son súper amables y serviciales, en todo lo que pueden ayudar lo hacen. La ubicación dentro del pueblo es fantástica, puedes ver la realidad de Tortuguero desde un hotel con todos laa comodidades, a 3 minutos de la playa, del parque Nacional y de la calle principal del pueblo. Totalmente recomendable si quieres estar en Tortuguero.

La acogida ha sido excelente. Una amabilidad que en pocos lugares se ve. Todo lo que hemos necesitado y más nos ha sido entregado. Las habitaciones inmejorables. Todo nuevo. Cocina perfecta con electrodomésticos. Aire acondicionado magnífico. La cocina tradicional o varias opciones a elegir. Gestión de las rutas rápido y eficaz. Localización magnífica, 2 min andando a la playa, 2 minutos al embarcadero y en una calle perpendicular a la via principal.

Un lugar muy tranquilo y seguro, limpio y con toda las comodidades para descansar y pasar un buen rato. El personal muy atento y servicial, pendiente de cualquier requerimiento o necesidad. Habitaciones muy limpias y camas confortables, desayuno y cena muy ricos realizados con productos frescos en su momento. Recomendado.

Hemos pasado dos noches en Tortuguero, y desde antes de llegar ya nos sentíamos arropados por todo el personal. Un servicio y trato muy personalizado y profesional. Te ayudan a gestionar traslados, visitas…Comunicación de 10 desde el momento en el que hicimos la reserva. Habitación amplia y cómoda. Servicio de comidas, correcto. Sin duda, recomiendo aloj**** en este establecimiento.

Todo el personal del hotel es excelente, se desviven por hacer que el cliente se encuentre cómodo y disfrute al máximo de su estancia en Tortuguero. Nos esperaban en el embarcadero para trasladar ellos mismos las maletas y guiarnos al hotel. Las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y son muy cómodas.

Confortables habitaciones. Muy buen servicio. Excelente comida. Muy céntrico ubicado. Recomendamos hacer los tours con Jonathan, el mejor tour Guide de Tortuguero. El hotel está muy cerca a ka entrada del parque y cerca a la playa.

Serendipity Hotel, Tortuguero, Costa Rica In May of last year we visited a luxurious inclusive western-style resort within an hour drive from the Liberia airport. It was lovely with plenty of food and drink. However, we were over 3 hours away one way by car from the real beauties of rain forest and it’s abundant exotic inhabitants. It was very exhausting to say the least to spend most of your day on the road instead of enjoying the wonders of Costa Rica. Later that year we found out about Tortuguero, which looked like a true gem of the Rainforest life based on a little research we have done. Without a delay we immediately decided to explore the island. We found it to be be even better than few Google searches have revealed. The Tortuguero island is located a smooth and picturesque 2.5 hour drive from the San Jose airport and then 40 minutes by boat, which seemed more like a Disney jungle cruise. At the dock we were greeted by a friendly Serendipity Hotel representative, who was holding a sign with our names on it. The moment we set our foot on the island the hotel staff made us feel welcomed and at home! The Serendipity hotel itself was only a short 4 minute walk from the dock. And the location could not be more perfect: right in the middle of Tortuguero and only few hundred feet away from the National Rainforest park, ocean beach and a river with a large variety of restaurants. Friendly hotel staff was on site 24/7 always ready to help or provided the needed. For meals we had a choice of tasty traditional Costa Rican menu. And for breakfast we had an option of traditional American. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make vegetarian meals for me that I absolutely loved. The hotel’s clean modern rooms with super quiet AC units in each was a true luxury. What a change compared to a Marriott hotel in San Jose where I could not sleep due to a noisy AC. We were in the middle of the rainforest for 5 days! Canoeing, kayaking, walks in the virgin Rainforest, climbing a dormant volcano, night walks with a guide to explore the island’s nightlife and amazing sunsets…I took so many wonderful photos, that we keep going thru even now, several months after our trip. Having experienced such a paradise, I can say with a definite certainty there are no more all inclusive resorts for me…only Serendipity Hotel on Tortuguero! In conclusion, we will definitely go back to Tortuguero soon, as the place feels like home with amazing ecotourism opportunities and wonderful at home like comfort of the Serendipity hotel.
