Good experience, clean, good breakfast

My sister and I stayed at Home2Suites for a week following surgery I had in Nov 2023. I believe the place had recently been renovated or was newly built. Our room had a kitchenette stocked with plates, silverware, glasses, pots, pans, baking dishes, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher soap, and dish towels. There is an “apartment-sized” fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. There isn’t a stove top or oven. The bathroom is roomy with plenty of towels, etc., and the place was immaculate. We had two queen beds that were quite comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant that serves burgers, salads, etc. within walking distance across the parking lot. This was an excellent choice for our needs. Pets are welcomed, too. I highly recommend this place for either a short or extended stay.

Was the tail end of our trip, hadn't booked anything, did a quick search on Hotels and found this place. Little out side of town but next to a Cinema, a good arcade and sports bar. Hotel is quite new, very clean and modern. Staff very friendly. We did get a room that was already occupied! thankfully we didn't see the people in there, just their stuff. Staff were very apologetic and we got an upgrade to a room with a mountain view - very lush. would happily go back. Breakfast was included and decent too - loved the waffle iron.

The staff was friendly and everything was clean when we walked into the building. Our room was awesome, it was clean, and comfortable. Will definitely refer this hotel to friends and family.

The air condition unit was broken, the room was hot, we asked to get it fixed but nobody came. we got a different room from what we booked they blame ******* for overbooking

Overall we were very disappointed. We traveled 10 hours (6 adults with 2 babies) and when we got to our hotel we didn’t get the rooms we reserved and prepaid for. I reserved 3 total suites and only got 1 suite. The other two rooms we were stuck with because the hotel was booked and it was a holiday weekend. One adult person had to sleep 4 nights on a fold out couch which is not acceptable. I paid for 2 queen beds in a suite and got one king with a couch. The hotel said since we booked through a third party **********, there was nothing they could do because this site overbooked them. The hotel was nice, staff was friendly and as accommodating as they could be. I think I should have gotten a credit back for the difference in cost from the two suites that were not suites with the correct number of beds. I will no longer use this site for my reservations.

Everything was great except I had to clean the tub and sink upon arrival. I went to go shower and there was a handful of long dark hairs in there which kinda grossed me out so I cleaned it. Also hairs in the bathroom sink. Other than that everything was great!

Friendly, helpful, courteous staff; clean and new room. Close to Colorado Springs attractions such as Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, and downtown. Overall, a great stay. Parking close to the hotel could be a challenge in the evening as it's shared with a movie theater. It was a bit noisy between rooms (dogs running above us).

We were in town visiting for a week and had a great stay at the Homes2 Suites facility. Very friendly staff, clean rooms and a wonderful stay. Special thanks to the cleaning staff for their great work. Will recommend to others. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.
