We thought we were reserving the double queen suite that had the jetted tub in the room but when we got to our room it was not. The room was decent just not what we wanted and thought we paid for.

This place is so tired; the reception staff were nice and that’s the best thing I can say. No drinking cups, no ice bucket, no washcloths; bathroom sink and countertop really damaged, no vent fan, smelly drains… I was tersely informed that coffee comes with breakfast and absolutely not before 0600. Should’ve moved on down the road.

Don’t know why when you pay ahead you need to have $100 fee charged to your credit card for incidentals

Could use new pillows in the rooms they are too flat and worn Shower curtains need replaced th some in our room has mold on it Breakfast choices we juts cereal and toast been there before and had more of selection with fruit and bagels

This Hotel Has a pool, and a Hot Tub, nice, but the room was way to cool to cold, told the front desk and did seam to care.

Took too long to check in. They wanted to charge me $20 to check in early. I did not want to move into room. I just wanted to do the paperwork

We arrived a little early and were told that rooms were ready but would cost an extra $ 20 to check in early. Very disappointed. This has never happened to us before.

Clean and helpful staff. What you’d expect for the price. Was safe and had plenty of convenience for a long road trip.

Hot tub did not work. Continental breakfast was packaged little donuts. You could hear all your neighbors upstairs and next to you. Bed cover was thinner than my hair. Rooms smelled bad.
