The women at the front desk were wonderful and easy to work with. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Rooms very clean and spacious. Newer hotel in the area and decorated nicely. Beds very comfortable. Nice to have a fridge, microwave & coffee maker in the room. Complimentary breakfast had plenty of options for everyone & was delicious. Didn't use the exercise room but it looked to have plenty of options for those who wanted to work out. Nice area to walk your pet. Highly recommend the property - staff was very friendly. Close to several restaurants & shopping if you happened to forget something.

Came in town for a Gamecocks game this last weekend. Excellent location (Safe part of Colmbia SC), and this hotel was extremely clean and very nice! The hotel check in staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, this stay was very nice.

Staff was courteous upon arrival. Outside facilities and the lobby was clean and inviting. To me, it really is all about the details. The room was impeccable; the TV had a welcome mesage accompanying my name. The complimentary breakfast had a hot and cold menu. Check-out was a breeze. I would definitely return to this hotel!

The hotel itself was new and modern. We really liked the functionality of the room and will look for Springhill Suites in the future. My only beef was that one of us had to lie on the side of the bed close to the air vents and it was cold having the air blow directly on me.

I am well pleased with this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was very nice. For my stay, I only needed one bed. If I were to design my own bedroom, it would look like this. Very impressive.

This hotel was very comfortable, clean and in a good area. We didn’t have Wi-Fi as described in description of hotel. Alerted front desk with no response. When checking out advised staff. They offered points which was nice.

We were greeted promptly by the front desk and check in was a breeze. We liked the location of the hotel based on the ease of getting to Congaree National Park. Breakfast was better than average.
