哥倫比亞格雷斯通希爾頓安泊酒店(Embassy Suites by Hilton Columbia Greystone)

I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. When I plugged my charger into the wall, I discovered an overwhelming amount of dust and trash behind the dresser. It actually made me sneeze for a few minutes. It was also disappointing to see holes that were covered with wall joint, but not painted. Looked very unprofessional. The location was very good based on the events I was attending, but the room itself needed some more TLC.

Everything was good.. only concern was not being told about the fees for parking etc.

El servicio es exelente pero necesita ser remodelado totalmente en su interior y dus recámaras son anticuadas, ademas de mejorar el area de el restaurante no tiene mucha opción de menú variado, también carece de entretenimientos de juegos y distraccion para los clientes dentro del hotel

When i arrived to the hotel the young lady was very helpful and friendly. She educate me on my stay and just made sure everything was good to go before the end of her shift. Once we arrived to the room i was taken back by the furniture which was very dirty and it made me question the cleanliness of the rooms. But overall the rooms were fairly cleaned. Breakfast was amazing the grill staff was great, the guy who kept the bar supplied with food was amazing as well as the lady cleaning off tables. However the lady who takes the tickets to enter into the breakfast hall need to go back through training and work on her customer service skills.Her demeanor screamed i hate it here. Over all is was a nice stay.

The rooms were dirty. The pullout sofa mattress was horrible.The air conditioner didn’t work very well so we had to open a window to cool the room down. The indoor pool was cold because the heater was broken and it was extremely dirty. I really like Embassy Suites and have stayed at several. This one was bad especially for the outrageous nightly rental that we paid. I think my love affair with this hotel chain has been irreparably broken.

Awesome service. Clean and comfortable. Always pleased when I visit. Hands down my number one Hotel.

For the amount of money I spent I was surprised how dirty this place was. The room was dirty and old. The pull out couch was so gross. The AC was not working and I asked for towels as there was 4 of us in a room and we only had 3. They never gave me more towels I had to go and look for housekeeping to get one. Even though they came to clean my room and I asked for a towel and still didn’t get one!

Property was old and in need of repair. Bathrooms were horrible and showers were the worst (low or no pressure and even less heat). Definitely not worth the money spent. When discussing the issues with the staff was simply blown off with empty promises. Terrible experience.

It was a great stay. The staff was friendly and courteous and really helped to make sure my husband and I enjoyed our time there. 10/10 would recommend and can’t wait to stay again!
