I would not recommend staying at the Holiday Inn express. The blind cords were broken off, so that you could not do anything to get real sunlight into the room, there was trash on the floor when I walked in, and the TV shut off while I was watching it in bed and would not turn back on. But worst of all was that there were bugs in the bed that bit me all night long and continued to bite me the whole drive home. My impression was that these people don’t really care about their ratings and have no motivation to improve them. However, the staff was very cordial.

They said free breakfast until 10am on Saturday - we went down at 9:30am and all the hot food was gone. When we inquired, we were told they stop cooking at 9:15am. How does this meet the needs of the customers? There were several of us looking for food...bagels, muffins, bread, pancakes, cereal were left. Nothing warm except their pancake maker - no eggs, sausage, or protein. Very disappointed, since the free breakfast is why we booked the property.

Check in was smooth, but when we got to our room, there was only one bath towel. When we asked at the desk, we were told they were out of towels! Room was clean, bed comfy. Lots of TV channels. For us gluten intolerant people, there were omelettes, sausage and yogurt for breakfast. Good coffee too. We did get our towels the next morning.

The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very firm but the pillows were soft. The hotel is older and worn in places but clean and quiet. There was not any bar soap for the bathroom sink which was frustrating. We had to use the body wash on the shower wall. Breakfast had hot and cold offerings so better than just cereal and muffins. The location was close to shopping and restaurants which was great. We would stay again because it was a good value for the price.

Had to ask for towels three times. Told “in the dryer” at 10:30pm, 11:30pm, and 9am. Out of hand soap and body wash in the room. No pancakes available 45 minutes before end of breakfast. Had to ask for (out of) coffee, hot water, coffee lids.

I had the worst experience i have ever had at a hotel not only did they try and over charge me but the continued to try and run my credit card 7 more times after i left for 6 different amounts and when i called then to ask why i was hung up on 3 time's im pretty sure that's fraud thankfully my card was locked and they didn't get any money i will never stay at any holiday inn express ot any hotels by their company so beware.

My stay was terrible the staff was rude. The room was not cleaned well and sheets were dirty!! The worst part was the raggedy bed I could feel the box springs. The king bed had to twin box springs underneath. Just terrible. I brought my concerns to the staff and they did nothing and didn’t care at all.

I requested a room with a king bed but got a room with 2 queen beds. Also, bathroom needed some work on the door from wear. But, check in was smooth and quick and easy.
