Camere silenziose. Piscina pulita con Ottimo idromassaggio. Parcheggio ampio. Colazione ricca

Front desk person was super friendly. Room was very nice - clean, comfortable, & quiet. Was not able to get the thermostat to work so that the fan would stay on and the desk attendant didn’t know how to operate it either, which was the only downside.

Before we arrived asked if we would switch from a double queen to a king with a roll away bed. They offered a discount. I decided ok. We arrive, roll away there but no bedding (pillows, blankets). Front desk guy takes us to laundry & gets stuff. Get in room and TV won't work. Back to front desk. Guy comes up, messes with TV & can't get it to work. Says he will put an order in for next day to get fixed. He apologized & said he'd make an adjustment to the bill-never happened. The room was comfortable & front desk guy tried to be helpful, but was not a smooth stay. I doubt we will stay here again if we can help it.

It was great! I was informed they were still renovating so only issue was the channels on the tv aren’t all available.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but had many options to choose from. Thermostat in the room didnt seem to control the wall unit but we were able to adjust to get it comfortable. Nice modern decor and beds were comfortable.

Our room was right next to the elevator mechanical room so we heard the elevator all night long. Sleeping was terrible. Plus the toilet would run periodically throughout the night. Couldn't wait to leave. We checked in early so not sure why we were given this particular room. The hotel should NEVER put anyone in this room unless they absolutely have to and communicate it will very noisy. Will not recommend this place.

It was good except for the rowdy people next to us . The gym TV is not working but overall this my second stay, I will be booking again .
