Another good stay at Extended Stay America. Managed to get a room late at night. Room was clean. All amenities described were provided. The only issue I had was key card. Never go wrong when stay at Extended Stay America.

I arrived after 11 pm and had to drive around the building twice before figuring out where the office was. I had to call them from outside, and they unlocked the door. The lady was ok but I had my 6lb dog with me and she stated I couldn't bring him into the office. There was no way I was leaving him in the car so she let him stay since I was only there for one night. I found the room very shabby and the sheets looked like they hadn't been washed. I would have looked for another place if it hadn't been so late. The door had to be shoved hard in order to lock correctly. The area seemed seedy and I was worried my car might be broken into as well. I took my dog for a quick walk around the building and there were bags of garbage and litter everywhere. When I looked for a garbage can to throw the doggie bag in I found there were none and I had to put it in the trash in my room. Seems ridiculous that they charge for dogs but then don't supply garbage cans to place the doggie litter bags. The next morning there was no hot water and I was up at 7 am. I ran it for a while and it never turned hot. On the plus side, my car was not broken into Definitely don't recommend this place and will not book it again. Such a shame as I love the Extended Stay in Lakeland FL

Had an overall good stay at this property. Stayed Tuesday through Friday for my boyfriend’s basic training graduation. The staff was very friendly. Sheets were clean. However there was a smoke smell to my room. I ended up just getting an air freshener to make it work. The bed was comfy and the water pressure in the shower was great. Would stay here again.

The accommodations were far from satisfactory. I had booked a room for three people expecting two double beds, as per the description, which implied that each bed could accommodate two individuals. However, upon arrival at the hotel, we discovered that the beds could only fit one person each, which contradicted the standard in the industry. Additionally, the rooms were not clean, the kitchen lacked utensils, plates, cups, a hairdryer, shampoo, and lotion, offering only two small soaps. Overall, the experience left me feeling discontent and cheated, as the overpriced accommodations failed to meet my expectations.

I must say this was a great stay. The staff were very friendly and professional. I room was clean and bed comfortable and overall this was good value for money

There were roaches in the bathroom. Left 3 hours after arriving, did not even bother with deposit bc I felt like bugs were crawling on me

The floors were nasty especially in the bathroom. I put towels down to cover the floor. I only stayed 1 nite. There was no way I would have stayed longer. Itz ok in sudden, passing thru or emergency situations. All I can think to say is "you get what you pay for, & spending less is not always better".

Our room was reeking of smoke! The lady at the reception was super nice, she changed our room. The 2nd room smelt of food, but was ok! The shower was kind of broken got some warm water after a lot of adjusting. Wouldn’t recommend for families with kids.
