Staff & service was rated poor for the following: parking attendant when I first arrived didn’t even acknowledged me, so I parked, went in and checked in, I passed my him 4 times, he didn’t say anything to me. I left the premises for a while and upon my return another parking attendant was there and asked me if I was checking in or checked in already, and then proceeded to tell me I needed to be given a parking pass and just the interaction did not feel comfortable. Went to the restaurant and order half a rack of ribs that was not fresh, it was very over cooked and dry. While waiting for my food at the bar, I kept hearing some annoying noises and then realized that it was coming from the attending person at the reception… that’s how loud it was and then he was just laughing very loudly at the video he was watching, it just looked very unprofessional. The worse part: about 9:47 am the next day, I’m laying down with my fiancé in bed, when we hear a knock, we ignored it thinking it was just someone mistaking rooms, then they knocked again, so my fiancé gets up to go check and as he was walking towards the door undressed, someone who we can only assume was a cleaning attendant person opens the door, and almost walked in, my fiancé had to rush to push the door closed and he just heard the person say I’m so very sorry. Called reception and nothing was really done except for an apology. That it’s unacceptable, & very frustrating. Love the place, staff needs to improve their service.

Wonderful hotel. Clean, new, lovely furnishings, convenient and reasonable priced. Great towels!! The only reason cleanliness was not a 5* was that there were hairs on the wall of the shower. Also, the floor of the shower is very slick and presents a slip and fall risk. Other than those things, we had a lovely visit and will stay there again.

The Cambria is a clean & conveniently located hotel with friendly service. There were many great restaurants in the area within walking distance. The beds were comfortable & the rooms had enough space. Through the night there were trains & sirens periodically. The neighborhood is safe for the most part. We would definitely go back.

Highly recommend. This was a great hotel. Very clean, comfortable, and with all the up to date techy stuff in the room and up to date furnishings. Everyone was super friendly and helpful as well.

Wonderful staff, always ready and willing to help and very nice! This is the only hotel I've ever stayed in that had a smart Bluetooth mirror so that was very cool and the shower was unique and beautiful. Very comfortable stay!

We had a great stay! The service and food were great! Near downtown and close to activities for kids!

The property was nice, my room was not properly cleaned, house keeping really dropped the ball with my stay, the room was updated but not cleaned after reading all reviews before choosing this hotel I expected a room that would be cleaned professionally , the room had a sitting stool in living room area that had bodily fluid stains on it the couch had stains on it, i expected to only see something like that at a motel not at a hotel like this, the shower had hair all on shower walls, the hotel itself was beautiful but whoever cleaned that room has not been train professionally, I took pictures and showed to front desk they said house keeping was not available at night but when we returned from dinner the sitting stool was removed and replaced and couch was clean, but at that point we felt we was in a half clean room and was uncomfortable being in that room!! The hotel does have a standard but clearly house keeping dropped the ball on this!

Parking is $19.00 a day per vehicle for self park. Crazy sense parking lot is so small. Room is nice but you need to be careful showering, water temperature goes from hot to cold very quickly in room 208. Almost scalded several times as it seems they need to fix this issue. Lobby and bar area very warm and uncomfortable.
