Staff & service was rated poor for the following: parking attendant when I first arrived didn’t even acknowledged me, so I parked, went in and checked in, I passed my him 4 times, he didn’t say anything to me. I left the premises for a while and upon my return another parking attendant was there and asked me if I was checking in or checked in already, and then proceeded to tell me I needed to be given a parking pass and just the interaction did not feel comfortable. Went to the restaurant and order half a rack of ribs that was not fresh, it was very over cooked and dry. While waiting for my food at the bar, I kept hearing some annoying noises and then realized that it was coming from the attending person at the reception… that’s how loud it was and then he was just laughing very loudly at the video he was watching, it just looked very unprofessional. The worse part: about 9:47 am the next day, I’m laying down with my fiancé in bed, when we hear a knock, we ignored it thinking it was just someone mistaking rooms, then they knocked again, so my fiancé gets up to go check and as he was walking towards the door undressed, someone who we can only assume was a cleaning attendant person opens the door, and almost walked in, my fiancé had to rush to push the door closed and he just heard the person say I’m so very sorry. Called reception and nothing was really done except for an apology. That it’s unacceptable, & very frustrating. Love the place, staff needs to improve their service.
