舒眠套房酒店(Sleep Inn & Suites Columbus)

From checking in to leaving I felt acknowledged. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious. I want to thank the staff for a wonderful stay.

We've stayed here often. The staff are fantastic; nice, helpful, friendly and I've always enjoyed working with them. The rooms are clean and beautiful but small. There is a fantastic breakfast. It's a very nice place to stay.

Road work complicated getting there and then the room we were sent to had unmade beds. The desk clerk was very nice but were smells of smoke in the hallway too.

The people at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The bed was good. The bathroom was good. I had a good stay.

Clean and loved the staff, but wasn’t happy at not being able to watch TV. Grrr

It was away from busy traffic but a close drive to restaurants. Lady who checked us in was super nice. Beakfast was great...more than just fruit, oatmeal, cereal, and yogurt. Waffle maker, bagels, eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy.

The breakfast was great both mornings, which is always a plus for my family as we are usually staying at hotels during softball tournaments and aren't in our room much more than to shower and sleep. There was a light out in our room and there was a tear in the plaster on the bathroom ceiling, but other than that our stay was great.

The staff was very helpful And the breakfast was delicious. Unfortunately, the room was very old & a lot construction in disarray both in the building & outside the property.

It needs some upgrades and you can tell someone has been smoking in the room
