No coffee the first day, second day no juice. Room was not very clean, screen on window torn, water spots on ceilings, loose tiles in bathroom, shower very slippery, no pillowcase on my pillow and I wiped dirt off sheets when we first arrived! Saturday lots of housekeeping children in halls on ALL floors! I nearly tripped on one!

First we notice a lot of glass in the parking lot from broken car windows. I know Comfort suites isn't responsible for it happening but they could clean it up. During check in we wanted to pay cash. They wanted $250 more than the room charge as a deposit. They wouldn't just keep credit card on file in case of damages like other hotels have. We were on first floor and the room above us sounded like elephants were staying there. Room was clean and comfortable. Didn't sleep well to the noise from above. Breakfast had a good selection. Battery in door lock died so we couldn't get back in room until desk staff came with master key. Final charges were a couple of dollars more than ********** price due to added safe charge. I definitely will not stay here again.

Our room had a pile of dog poop on the wood floor. We checked in a little before 4:00 pm and all housekeepers quit @ 4:00, so no one could come clean it up. I’m 83 and this is absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with a hotel in my entire life! Dave

You get what you pay for. While we saved a few dollars, it wasn’t worth it. While it was listed as a non smoking room, it still had the embedded smell of past smoking. The stench never left. And the odd numbered rooms face Highway 71. You will hear vehicle noise throughout the night. I can’t comment about the noise level for the even numbered rooms. The breakfast was meh. The positives were cleanliness both outside and inside and friendly staff.

My vehicle along with 18 others were broken into and a window was broken the hotel was not accommodating by any means on helping with getting a hold of the police or even notifying customers when they knew it happened hours ahead.

We went down for Congress and when we woke in the morning 19 cars were broken into in the parking lot

Le personnel au lobby très ordinaire mais chambre propre. Pas de restauration à côté mais il y a door dash !

My first room smelled like smoke; l requested a non smoking room. I went downstairs and received another room key. The key did not work. I went downstairs again, the front desk attendant did something to the key so l went to my new room…yet again. The key still did not work. I called the attendant to come to the 2nd floor as l was carrying a bag and l had a pull bag as well. The 2nd room wasn’t much better with the smell. I will never stay with them again.

Stayed one night no issues. Showed up an hour early to check in and their system was down but still was able to check in early! Great hotel if you’re there to sleep and shower.

The inside lobby was clean , smelled clean , rooms could use updating- most Outlets didnt work, wallpaper peeling in the room - Breakfast was good - eggs - sausage, oatmeal, mini bagels toast, danish, juice milk , cereal, hot chocolate, cappuccino, waffles reg/strawberry. - pool - looked nice Staff was nice .

i enjoyed my stay but didnt like the pool setup. no access to a close bathroom and wasnt sanitary in the pool area.

Cheap, plenty of parking, staff was nice and helpful with check in making it super easy. Wish I was on a higher floor and they would put people of different floors for that matter. When I checked in it seemed everyone on the parking list was on the first floor besides 1 family. This 1 family was directly above my room and their kids starting bouncing, stomping in the floor and running up and down the halls at 8am. So much so I had to go up there to ask politely to settle down as I’m sure others were insanely annoyed as well. Free breakfast I wish went till 11am. Bed was comfortable but super springy. House keeping knocked on out door at 11:01am. Other than that was an alright stay.

Very pleasant experience, staff was friendly, hotel was clean, good breakfast ( for a hotel..lol)
