Our stay was great. I checked in on 8/6/23 with your employee Stacia. She was very professional, thorough, kind, and warm. We shared some laughs. Felt like I’d known her for years.

Everything was amazing. We even booked an additional night on to our stay to spend the last day enjoying the hotel itself. Super clean. Staff was amazing. Pam was awesome! And another lady that was working the front desk on the morning of 5/29/23 was so helpful and nice. We will be back!

The room was very clean and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable. The only issue is the sound between rooms. It seems that the walls are very thin. I could hear everything from the rooms on either side of mine. I had to wear noise-canceling headphones just to try and get some sleep before my very early morning.

There is no Landry service during the weekend. Water is stocked at the washroom. Self washer and dryer need 10 quarters each. Very old fashioned. Only hot sandwiches are available for breakfast. Room is big enough with equipped kitchen. Surreal service was excellent. Conveniently located very close to rental car center.

Completely worth the price. The staff was kind and efficient. The room was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Parking was easy and I felt safe while traveling alone.

Staff was good. We stay there quite a bit when we fly in and out to see the kids in Houston. I realize it was quite cold, but all of the rooms were freezing. Heating system was very inadequate…so much so, we braved the winter weather to drive out to Lowe’s and buy a heater. Only way we could stay warm. Residence needs to deal with this. I’m not an HVAC guy, but my guess is that it’s a heat pump and not a furnace. Not adequate for these Norhern Latitudes. Hope it gets fixed. We like the property. Don Staats

We stayed the night before an early morning flight. The parking and shuttle are nice features. The bed was comfortable and the staff was pleasant and helpful.

Did the on-line check in, but upon arrival the clerk couldn't find any information and seem to have a problem with the reservation. Check in was much longer than normal Then the room. Immaculate and well supplied. Alas, there was a loud noise in the room all night. I believe it's from the air handler behind the wall. - overall, it was very annoying.
