酒店設施很老，維護的還可以，大堂小，如家酒店的感覺，設備老舊給你的感覺大約回到1990年，衞生做了還可以，酒店安靜，有安全感。

酒店房間噪音很大，一直嗡嗡響

Hotel was ok for airport Hotel in that area. Only Shuttlebus was not ok. Afternoon was no driver available and in the morning had no shuttle service before 5:30AM. Had to take two times UBER on my own cost.

Obwohl ich schon über Trip.com bezahlt habe wurde mir das Zimmer nochmal vom hotel abgezogen und als ich ihnen erklärt e dass ich schon bezahlt hätte wurde mir gesagt das dies storniert wurde aber nächste tag habe ich wider eine Nachricht meiner Bank erhalten das mir das Zimmer eider verrechnet wurde also insgesamt musste ich das zimmer 3 mal zahlen. Ich würde nicht mehr Dort einchecken da es mit sehr vielen Umständen verbunden ist. Ab 09:00 früh wird es laut da das personal beim reinigen der zimmer laute Musik hört etwas nervig muss ich sagen.

So people, I reserved our room thru a third party, when I showed up to check in they said we have to have a $100 deposit!!?? Now I spent 3 nights in 3 states and never had this happen, now one said deposit if paying with cash. Then put me in a room with plumbing issues, I have video of me cleaning up water issues. Just watch out! Other then that it was a very nice motel

While this was a convenient and affordable location and we typically stay at holiday inn hotels, this was hands down the WORST experience ever! The people above us had kids jumping and stomping and running across the floor all night long, we called the front desk multiple times, we were offered another room but had a wedding to attend and were told we had to wait until after 3 to get a new room. We told the staff we thought they needed to move the problem not the people experiencing the issue. They went back and forth and basically nothing was done about it and got hardly any rest for 2 days! While we understand this is no fault if the staff they definitely did not help to remedy the situation and move the problem. We are very disappointed in how this was handled.

Kids and I got bit we just thought mosquitoes got us while we were out for dinner. Morning of check out while in bathroom found bugs in shower flying around. Took pics and video and showed it to check out girl. She took my name and number and said she would get room sprayed down. On way home hand began swelling from bites. Hotel never reached out called 3 times and left messages and nothing. Finally called corporate after 3 weeks. First they said I never advise hotel of issue so I sent them video, photos and call log from phone. Then they said management tried to contact me and offered 5000 points. After month of no contact and basically being called liar I asked for refund to which I was told no.

The hotel said the check in time was 3pm. We had two rooms and only one of them were done. The other one, we had to keep checking until it was done around 630pm. There was a concert in town and every hotel was packed and this one only had one person working at the front desk. Then, the night before we got there, three cars had their windows broken out in the parking lot. The hotel had no video of the parking lot. The rooms smelled like **** and the A/C didn’t work. Holiday Inn Express is usually a reliable hotel but I’ll never go again.

We couldnt even check in because they had no rooms clean at 5pm. If we didnt leave we wouldnt of made it to our show. Staff was rude about it and did nothing to fix it. They made many people late for the show. We decided to drive home instead of staying bc the service was so bad.

I’ll keep this short and simple. Bedding, dirty. Carpet, dirty. USB Ports, broken. Sink, clogged. Staff, unresponsive. Area, sketchy.

The hotel lobby was very clean but when we got to our room we found 2 little cartons of milk left beside of the heater.
