When we arrived this true Paradise, our breath was taken away by the amazing welcome! I can't imagine a more relaxing setting or location for a city getaway! Look at my attached photos and you will agree! The true reason why Posada Terra Santa is one of the very best hotels in Palma with nearly only Excellent reviews (5-stars) is the beautiful people that works there! - they made us feel so welcome and comfortable all the time. This is one of the most relaxing hotels in any city around the world we have been visited! Our room (no 201) was well appointed and spacious, equipped with everything you could want. A huge (2x2m) comfy bed and a bathroom with walk in shower. The room had a very efficient air-conditioning which is very important during the summer in Palma! We enjoyed a marvellous breakfast each morning and also a very special dinners - all with impeccable service. The service level at breakfast is on same high levels as the most luxury resorts, we have been visiting in Seychelles, Maldives, Mauritius and Hawaii! The rooftop plunge pool and deck area provide a perfect spot to unwind and relax after exploring the Town Centre. A huge congratulation to the whole team at Posada Terra Santa! Keep up the amazing job as you guys are making your clientele happy, relaxed, feel safe and special! As a person who travels a lot, I can highly recommend Posada Terra Santa. recently had the pleasure of staying at the most exquisite hotel in Palma, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The moment I walked through the grand entrance, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The staff at this hotel are truly the friendliest and most accommodating I have ever encountered.The rooms are spacious, beautifully. Each morning, I woke up to a delightful breakfast spread, with a variety of fresh and delicious options. The bar is the best one of the while town, best piano player I saw in my life, and provided a perfect retreat after a day of exploring Palma.However, what really sets this hotel apart is its restaurant. Dining at their in-house restaurant was an unforgettable experience. The culinary team has crafted a menu that is both innovative and true to the local flavors. Every dish I tried was a masterpiece, from the appetizers to the desserts. The presentation was impeccable, and the flavors were simply divine.Overall, this hotel in Palma offers an unparalleled experience with its luxurious accommodations, exceptional staff, and the best dining in the city. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Palma.

What an amazing time we spent at the hotel..all the staff were brilliant and very knowledgeable. We only had breakfast but it was very nice and lots of variety. Our room was amazing clean towels twice a day turn down service left little treats. Would highly reccommend staying here and we will be back ..

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and on the first day we highlighted a number of issues with our room to reception. The lock on the balcony door was broken, the air conditioning wasn’t working and the fridge in the room wasn’t working (was turned on but didn’t cook anything). We were told the doors had to be closed for air con to work, we had the doors closed so We were told maintenance would come look at the issues. We had to call reception twice as no one had called to the room. As we were leaving for dinner, maintenance arrived, the guy was carrying a fridge. So we headed out and left him to it. When we came back that night, the lock on the door to the balcony had been fixed but the air con wasn’t working. The heat in the room was awful. We went down to reception but was told there was nothing she could do until the morning. She gave us a fan that they were using on reception, it was filthy dirty and didn’t cool the room at all. We did not sleep our first night there as the room was too hot. The fridge was not fixed and was not replaced with the one maintenance brought. The next morning we went to reception again over the issues and said we expect compensation for our first nights stay as we didn’t sleep. We were told they would speak to a manager. And Was told again they’d send someone up to the room to look after the issues. We insisted on moving rooms. The air con in the next room was slightly better but still did not cool the room. The fridge in the new room also did not cool anything down. We asked for ice at the bar and was told no, would only give us 1 cup of ice, even though their fridges don’t cool anything. I don’t know if it’s because the air con system in the hotel is rubbish and needs updating or if they’re being cheap and not turning up the air con centrally but it made the rooms really uncomfortable. We went back to reception a couple of times to check if the manager was there or if they had spoken to a manager and was told no. Terrible customer service, we had to suggest a room move and offered no compensation for our first night. Nice location near beach, that’s about it.
