TownePlace Suites Conroe

TownePlace Suites by Marriott, Conroe was a great place to stay. Everything looked really new. Rooms, elevator and lobby smelled fresh. Hotel was sparkling clean. I'd stay there again!

The staff was friendly accommodating. The room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the coffee was hot. I would stay here again.

I booked and paid for a suit. When I arrived they told me they no longer had the suit, gave me a much smaller and cheaper room, then refused to refund me the difference.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Arianna checked us in and was efficient and friendly. This was the best hotel experience we've had in a long time.

Property is practically new and very clean. Breakfast is delicious and complimentary with different variations. Big plus is that my room had a full kitchen with stove, fridge and microwave with cooking utensils which was perfect for a 8 night stay.

The room was spacious, and had everything we could ask for in it. We unexpectedly had our granddaughter for the night and the sectional was roomy and comfortable for her.

I did not appreciate being woke up in the wee hours of the night by people up above me either arriving or leaving. I got little sleep each night.
