地段不錯，早飯一般，下午Happy time小點太差了，除了薯片就是黃瓜條和芹菜條。 服務一般。

I like staying at this location because it is in a good area and it is close to the venue that my team plays at. Will stay again

Everything was good but the ones that could be improved are the amenities (no available toothbrush for our one week stay) and the food at the buffet breakfast should have different menus at least every two days, not the same food every single day

Food service was terrible. I ordered breakfast and the meal was cooked incorrectly. I asked for a new dish and was denied. The cook said it would taste good and I should try it. This is the first hotel I have been in that does not serve coffee outside of breakfast hours. No wash cloths in the bathroom, when I asked the front desk if that was normal she said no.

Nightmare!!! After pulling in to the parking lot and discovering it was an additional $40 A DAY to park in valet, I pulled into the parking lot to park myself. I get out of the car and find out the only way to get my car out of that parking lot was to download an app and pay $36 a night! I tried to download the app to scan the code about six times and I couldn't. By this time I was crying from frustration and lack of sleep. When I checked in, I ask the ladies at the front desk about how to pay for parking without the app. and get my car out. They folded their arms and said they could only help with valet parking. She was actually smirking. I then asked the guy at valet if he could help me download the app and he said if he did, he would be fired. I realized then that now that my car was trapped, my autistic son and I were forced to eat in the loud hotel restaurant bar. We sat in the bar and he ate. I was so tired and frustrated I just sat there crying and not one person that worked there even asked if there was anything wrong or if they could help.

The pool was closed, which was a major reason we picked this propoerty. Shower head doesn't work well with a flow restrictor. Shower valve needs repair. Lobby is depressingly sterile. Breakfast is decidedly mediocre except for the made-to-order omelets. Bed uncomfortably hard.

Stayed for the second time. Really gone down hill. Paper everything, breakfast was below par. Phone in room didn’t work, dresser drawer was damaged, freezer was so iced over we couldn’t put anything in the freezer. Shower door didn’t close. Small bag of potato chips was$5. $30 to park. Only saving grace was distance to Bart and the lady working Friday breakfast.

The property looks nice very clean. The beds were not clean , mattresses had stains , sheets had stains, the first room we had the sofa bed had minimal stains on mattress not to mention lots of food crumbs on it you you pulled it out, the second room sofa bed was worse, really big stains on mattress. The third room they put us in was better , still stains on mattresses and sheets and blankets, why don’t they change out mattresses ever so once in awhile. Won’t stay at this hotel again.

Woman upon check-inwas not friendly. Our room had a slight smell that’s hard to explain, but wasn’t pleasant. Carpet was gross. Big sticky area of something. Elevators stunk and carpet was gross. Worst part, $30 per day to park! They offer no guest parking at all unless you pay $30 per day. You have to park on the street and feed a meter. Won’t ever stay here again.

Apparently people think this is a playground - because the hotel allows children/teens to run around the floors screaming at all hours of the day or night…. So disappointed - it was our anniversary get away and it was miserable….

No room service every day Valet was so bad - we texted them but they didn’t bring up the key until we came down every time No water for a couple of hours for maintenance issue

La persona que está al frente del front desk fue muy descortés. Nos dio equivocada la habitación. Es necesario capacitarla.

I was charged for a bill from the restaurant, and it wasn’t mine. They weren’t able to fix it because the manager isn’t in til monday.

Ants everywhere in morning, bathroom, wetbar, ceiling...
