亞麻紡織機公寓酒店(Flaxmill Accommodation)

Een oase van rust! Tuurlijk, we hadden het geluk dat net alle piekmomenten voorbij waren en iedereen was weer naar werk en school. Maar wat een fantastische lokatie! We hadden 3 nachten geboekt met onze campervan. Er was zoveel plek om te kiezen waar we konden staan. Een schitterende plek jn de schaduw. Na het zien van de keuken en toiletten direct nog een 4e nacht geboekt. Wij waren met onze campervan maar het voelt aan als een resort. Zo schoon en mooi, maar ook de aandacht in de details van de opzet en bouw. Complimenten! Ondanks dat de manager en zijn vrouw waarnemend zijn, wat een gastvrijheid. Lieve mensen met een groot hart. Mochten de gebouwen of het terrein je niet bekoren... de omgeving is fenomenaal! Zou graag zeggen dat mensen hier niet heen moeten gaan. Dan blijft het rustig en sereen. Echter, dit is echt een van de mooiste locaties van onze 7 weken reis door NZ heen geweest. Dank dat wij hier mochten verblijven!

The amazingly well equipped garden house is nestled between trees; the sweet sound of birds welcoming us. At night the soft whisper of the wind through the tall trees sent us off to a calm and restful sleep, with just a quiet call of a morepork.

Nestled amongst the trees... What a magical this spot is. Great location, great amenities & friendly staff. Margerat does a fantastic job at maintaining the park & will go out of her way to assist you where possible. I have no reservations in recommending the park. We'll be back!

Such a lovely place - very peaceful and quiet. Private lush garden. The gorgeous cottage had everything we needed and the managers were very acommodating when we arrived a bit early at a busy time for them. Really 10 out of 10. Icing on the cake would be the ability to stream Netflix on the tv, and more comfy outdoor furniture (so we tended to stay inside and sit on the comfy chairs there).

Best campground we had so far in Newzealand. Very quite. Besutiful garden. Showers and everything was perfect. You can explore mercurybay. Beach just round the corner. Nice walk up to Shakespeare point. Would recommend for couples. For children ok but no playground

Amazing camping spot. The hosts were incredibly kind and accomodating. They assisted us in finding the perfect place to still be in shade, receive a nice breeze and be in a quiet spot far enough away from families with small kids. (even though we love kids, this was a vacation without kids.) Definitely recommend parking your motorhome here.

A fabulous holiday, the perfect place for young children, so safe, beautiful grounds and excellent accommodation. This years trip was my second and I would definitely go back. The staff are lovely and go out of their way to help plus the situation in the coromandel is perfect.

We stayed in our caravan and tent for 5 nights. Beautiful surroundings and very clean. However if you want to "relax and recharge" I suggest you don't stay on site 30 as its right next to the event centre and where kids tended to congregate. There is no dedicated play area for the kids so all the cycling and playing happened in this vicinity. Persistent bike skids on the Gravel at 7.30am in the morning within one foot of us sleeping in our tent wasn't condusive to a restful experience, consequently 2 of our group left a day early. Its a shame the parents don't pitch their camps near where their kids are playing. I'm not just taking about a few kids, this is up to a group of 12 boys on bikes. Hopefully it's much quiter off season.

Beautiful surroundings and clean facilities. Staff are really welcoming and helpful. There’s a beach across the road and a cafe a short walk away from the site! Whitianga is very easy to access via the ferry. Just a lovely all-round camp. Can’t wait to return!
