北角公寓(Points North Apartments)

What a super place to stay. Right opposite the beach with large verandahs so we sat out everyday and watched the whales swim past. The staff and managers were exceptional and always had a smile and were very helpful with suggestions of great things to do. Resort had 2 really very inviting pools and a spa. Kids room was well stacked. Our unit was on the eighth floor and was spotlessly clean. Plenty of restaurants and cafes just down below. Woolies was in shopping center attached to Points North. Great resort with great managers and super ladies on reception. We have booked to go back there again next year. Highly recommend Points North.

Had the best time. This was our 2nd stay and have booked again for next year. Grandaughter enjoyed the pool immensely, staff were terrific, location was great. Found lots of things to fo. Lots of choice of places to eat. Surf clubs had great views, great food and wine.

We absolutely love staying at Points North in beautiful Coolangatta. The front centre apartments are well worth the price, as you get a world class beachfront view from the living areas and the bedrooms. The staff are lovely and easy to deal with. The apartment we have stayed in twice now is great, but would benefit from a wee bit of a refurb / refresh, without going overboard. But we would stay here again anytime!

Absolutely loved the who experience from the time I checked in. The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly and so very helpful. Check-in was easy as were directions to parking. Our 2 bedroom room had everything we needed and they were in great condition with amazing views. The beds and pillows were also very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed plus there were games for the kids and toys and stuff for the beach too. The location was perfect, walking distance to whatever you needed be it surf clubs, pubs, restaurants, woolworths, clothes shops and the beach. The pool was great and kid friendly which makes it much easier. Thanks for having us and we will be returning in the near future.

We booked rooms for a family reunion. Everyone commented that their rooms were great - clean, comfy, well stocked for cooking if you had wanted to self cater, with lovely views out over the ocean. Such a convenient spot with cafes, restaurants/Surf Club, supermarket, chemist, grog shop, etc all underneath or close by. It is across the road from the beach, but it has a lovely area on level 2 with a pool, tennis court, games room, BBQ area - and we were able to have our large family group gathering on that level one night. Staff were extremely friendly/helpful anytime we rang with a question, and at time of check-in. (The only tricky thing we had a problem with is that we couldn't visit each other on other floors without someone physically coming to meet you and operate the lift - but that is great security for residents.) We have stayed here before and overall this is a great place to stay.

Stunning beach front views. Extremely well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Terrific location. Easy walk into Twin Towns Service Club. Close to many coffee spots and restaurants.

what a lovely time we had, and Points North staff were all so very helpful. Our apartment met our wishes and more, comfy furnishings, clean , fantastic views, Everything is so accessible from our Points North apartment, down the lift and level 1, everything, supermarket, mall, restaurants. and just across the the road Surf Club and other outside dining. We will most definitely be back, and other family members too.

Terrible service, extremely rude, unaccommodating staff. Made the whole process of booking and dealing with these people a very unpleasant experience. Would definitely not recommend or rebook with Points North again.

Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic stay in the penthouse. Loved every minute of it. Reception staff super friendly and accommodating. The pool was heated the spa was nice and hot. We were lucky enough to check in early as the apartment wasn't occupied the night before. A perfect stay.
