Room was very small with less than queen size cot provided, almost all of my leg out! otherwise the access to small eatery provision like tea, coffee, snacks could have been provided.

Lot of rules, restriction & uncomfortable stay. I'm not satisfied.

Only room was clean, poor bedsheets, no attendant/caretaker, no kitchen, if you take utensils you have to wipe it yourself and put back that's what the manager said, we had to upgrade our room with extra charges due to no ventilation in the opted room.

Manager was really friendly and arranged us to for early check in, stay was neat and clean though it did have food swiggy was working.

Its an old house, rooms are spacious. Location is good like a resort feel, good for families. At night there will be no caretaker available

The property is located bit away from bus stand and railway station. Auto were available. The property was well kept and the reception was professional. They called me before my stay for confirmation and arrival details. However there are no shops near by for food. The manager made arrangements for our meal.

Excellent service and assistance by the resort person. Not worth with the payment done on online booking as the facility is average. Paid additional to get adjacent rooms.

Very nice management good service cheap and good for family It was very pleasant and they serve complimentary coffee also they have common dining hall with oven in coonoor its cheap compared to other cottages

Property was 1km away from coonor center. Can be reached by auto or other vehicles. The environment was good with nice garden. There is no food available but you can order using zomoto etc. Overall it was good stay here. Manager and staff are friendly
