Hotel was clean. We did notice some outdated things, like the ice machine indicated that it has not been service since 2021!

Room had a lady bug next in the corner. Asked the front desk to clean the room there was glitter all over the floor also. No one cleaned the room & I changed rooms because of the awesome one front desk lady Ms. Threasa took care of it. The younger downstairs girls could have cared less. The place did not run well without her

Great spot for our family of 5 to stay on the way to the beach. Will stay here again.

Stopped for the night on the way to FL. Clean, friendly, great stay.

Probably because there are few employees at the hotel, there is no one at the front counter unless there is something to do. They will come out when you call them. The room was well cleaned, but compared to other SpringHill locations. I wonder if the walls of the hotel in this location are designed to be thin? Starting early in the morning, I could hear the noise of water running in the room above for over an hour, and the sound of children running was noisy. It was so loud that I covered my ears. Also, even when I was in the bathroom, I could hear people in the rooms next door or above. This was the first time something like this had happened at SpringHill Hotel. Other than that, it was a comfortable hotel. The hot water in the shower flowed vigorously and was comfortable to use.

The fastest check-in I have ever had at any hotel. The hotel is fairly new and seems to be run very efficiently. Everything was quick and easy. A

The room had several wet areas on new nightstands. Room floor lamp would not work. Asked front desk to repair/replace bulb that morning and was not replaced when I returned in the evening. Moreover, the room had not been serviced.

The room was beautiful. The bed however was hard.
