普羅菲爾水星酒店(ProfilHotels Mercur)

Dans cet hôtel, on s'y sent comme chez soi, c'est calme, propre, l'ambiance est apaisante, feutrée, le petit déjeuner est excellent, le personnel est très aimable et très professionnel. Sa situation dans Copenhague est idéale, à 5 minutes à pied des jardins de Tivoli, proche de la gare et de toutes les attractions touristiques en général. Bravo, continuez comme ça !

The hotel rooms are simple, but clean and I had what I needed including a tea making facility, which I love. The room was bright and definitely big enough for me & the bed was very comfy. The breakfast buffet was nice and there was a good choice of delicious foods - my friend and I were both very happy with it despite having totally different preferences for breakfast. The tea selection is also really much appreciated - all pukka teas and nice varieties! I liked that the lobby has some communal seating areas and that there is lemon water on offer at all times. The checkin process was marred by the fact that my friend and I wished to pay separately, but the checkin staff charged both rooms to my credit card, then told us he could not undo that and it would take up to 10 days to appear back on my account. He basically asked us to sort it out amongst ourselves. That proved difficult and costly for us as we live in 2 different countries and the bank charges for this amounted to £42 in total, which is really really annoying - not to speak of the 2 evenings we had to mess about with this as it proved so annoyingly difficult. Would I stay here again? Possibly not as location was not the best, quite long walks to most places we wanted to get to and there were no restaurants at the hotel or very close by.

This is such a lovely hotel, I’m a mum and stayed there with 1 adult and 1 teen child. The hotel has the most friendly, most helpful, most welcoming staff I’ve probably ever come across anywhere. The hotel overall was very clean and fresh. Our room was very clean too, crisp clean white bedsheets, comfortable beds & very fluffy comfortable pillows. Wifi good, room quiet, towels etc and everything needed was there. The location was brilliant, across the road from train station & 2 mins from Tivoli Gardens. I felt very safe and very looked after and I would absolutely go back if we visit lovely Copenhagen again.

Fui con un grupo de personas seniors (9) y debo decir que nuestra experiencia ha sido magnifica. El hotel está muy bien situado, el desayuno era abundante, muy rico y con muchas opciones. Pero lo que más destacaría es el magnífico trabajo de recepción. Con una atención al cliente excepcional. Nos ayudaron en todo y no podemos estar más agradecidos, sobre todo a Goncalo y Kristoffer. Vosotros hacéis que todo sea más fácil. ¡Enhorabuena por vuestro trabajo! También destacamos que las habitaciones están muy limpias y cuidadas y que los colchones son muy cómodos. ¡Muchísimas gracias! Volveremos

Our second stay at this hotel. It was a very pleasant stay. All was clean, breakfast was very good and thumbs up to no unnecessary plastic on the buffet. Staff very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back

Siamo stati un weekend in 5 persone. Molto pulito e le camere spaziose. Poco rumoroso anche se vicino alla strada. Colazione molto buona e varia. Personale cordiale, posizione ottima perché il centro è vicino . Si possono prenotare le biciclette in hotel! Siamo stati bene.

A great stay for one night only. The hotel is very close to the central station and not too far to the shops & restaurants. The bedroom is modest and simple but clean and spacious. Staff are very friendly, Christoph on the front desk was super friendly & helpful.
